Very bad first impression. And bad last impression.. I had booked a 20m2 bungalow with two beds and a view of the pool for 3 nights. As a solo traveler, I would have preferred a simple bungalow, but there were none available. Only this one was available on *********** (€80 per night). When I arrived, I was given a much smaller bungalow with one bed and no pool in sight, and with a defective light bulb... Essentially, a simple bungalow at €38/night. I specified that there was a mistake in the bungalow given to me; it did not match my reservation. After some time, they finally took me to another place that matched my reservation. Where there was no wifi code...The air conditioning seemed not to work, so I had to go back to reception. The owner literally shouted at me, telling me to go back to the bungalow with her son and another person. The air conditioning eventually started working after a long delay.If I was initially given a small single bungalow with one bed, it's because it was available for the three nights I had booked. And when I left the establishment, it was still available, along with others of the same type... However, this type of bungalow, I checked, is €38/night. That's half of what I paid and what I would have obviously booked if it had been available when I made my reservation. And I didn't book months in advance but 3 days before. I noticed that several other bungalows also remained empty during my stay.So why did I have to pay €80 for a double bungalow with two large beds when I could have had a €38 bungalow, which they were about to assign me upon arrival??? In addition, the bungalow I stayed in was very run-down with cracks in the wall, no toothbrushes, shampoo and body soap samples. A door that didn't close properly. Cleaning was never done, towels consequently not changed, nor were the shower samples, or the toilet paper renewed... You had to ask for them... And then they would just quickly sweep, change the towels, and that's it... In addition, there were houses behind the row of bungalows where I was staying, where Thais had loud, alcohol-fueled parties with loud music until midnight. At no time did the staff of the establishment come to ask them to make less noise. I had to do it myself on the second night, as it was difficult to rest. A family with young children in the bungalow below mine was also greatly disturbed. Fortunately, the people who were partying were understanding and courteous and stopped making noise. Special mention for breakfast. The products are not fresh, not varied, and not tasty. Only the restaurant setting on the water is very nice. In short, a place that has everything to please (location, bungalow, mangrove) and nothing pleasant because the willingness to serve the customer normally is absent in practice.
