Absolutely adequate hotel with extremely friendly and cooperative staff and excellent beach. Should be 3*, not only 2*. Great value per money.

Bungalows/small villas are very good, although the road is not very safe for bikes. It is located just in front of the beach. Perfect location because it is at the end of the famous beach where is Full Moon party.

This place is a little underrated, but I think it is because of small construction work going on around the resort. After finishing, I guess, this place has a lot of potential in future. Close to the beach, but still peaceful.

Such a great place on the best beach of the island! Very quiet if you’re traveling between full moon parties and in low season 👍 the room is spacious and new, has got an AC and a mini fridge. The location is great, walking distance from 7-11 and multiple western restaurants 👏 we really enjoyed staying here

Good accommodation, everything is clean and cozy. Spacious room. In terms of security, there was a moment that was alarming. Before reaching the beach, since our house was the first to the coastline, we noticed a man who was trying to open our house. Of course, I went up to the house and asked what he wanted, he began to answer in fear that he was in the wrong house. I told the administrator about this incident, he said that he would watch what was happening in our absence. After that, we felt unsafe. But overall, we liked everything. We would come back again. But you need to be careful with valuables! By the way, in the mornings, monkeys run along the roofs of the houses, they can steal something from the veranda. Be careful))) Wake up early in the morning and watch the incredible sunrise ❤️❤️❤️

An excellent hotel for those who need to take a break from a large crowd. The hotel is all small houses, everything is really clean and working, very decent beds. Of the minuses, I will note the lack of its own sun loungers and its own restaurant, but there are no problems finding a replacement. Right next to the hotel there is a wonderful restaurant (20 meters to the left), everything is delicious there, there are many tables and sun loungers. So I recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly located - on the best part of the beach. The houses are located in a clearing, surrounded by greenery, as cozy as in a village. One minute to the beach (we lived in a bungalow with a view). The room is spacious, comfortable, but the bathroom is a little special - the windows don’t close, they’re just covered with panels, so it’s stuffy and you go to the toilet of the house next to it, so audibility is excellent, you can even communicate with your neighbors :) Excellent Wi-Fi, you can set up a workspace at the table . Two bottles of water are provided daily, cleaning is available upon request. The road to the hotel either through the beach, or across the road up, bypassing, is not very convenient. There is not enough restaurant, but it looks like they are building a cafe. Overall, considering the nuances, this is an excellent option for the price.

Excellent location of the hotel, next to one of the best beaches of Koh Phangan, within walking distance there are also several good cafes and restaurants The houses themselves are good, not small, have everything you need, they cleaned them every day What I didn’t like: hard, not comfortable pillows, lack of privacy - the houses have panoramic windows and all the neighbors can see what’s going on with you, you had to use thick curtains, but then the room becomes dark and there is no view, wishes to the management to hang some thin curtains And it was also very hot in the bathroom, geckos were constantly crawling in there, and you could hear absolutely everything that was happening in the neighbors’ toilet (so-so bonus) Everything else was excellent, overall I recommend the hotel
