It is an expensive place and you expect 5 star service, so the accommodation was well built but very minimalistic and the staff was not that helpful
I order taxi for 2 people and after 1 hour a bike came
I asked to add days to my stay and one staff confirm while the hotel was fully booked already,
Really need to work on the service and it will be perfect

The driver dumped the passenger halfway, forcibly unloaded the luggage, took the wrong route, and didn't even apologize...the service was a mess

We stayed in two villas for 4 days. The promised bottled water was not delivered. We cleaned it every three days. There were no towels for bathing in two nights of the four days. We asked the hotel to deliver them, but the hotel did not deliver them until the third day. The front desk is at the foot of the mountain, down the mountain. It can only be picked up and dropped off by a limited number of battery cars. There is no phone to communicate with the front desk. It is mainly through the App software. The transportation is also extremely inconvenient. There are no places to eat around and it is far from the sea.

I recently had the pleasure to stay at Bay Villas and can recommend very highly. From start to finish this was an amazing stay. The hospitality, quality, cleanliness and design of the villas, stunning views, infinity pool and restaurant all impeccable. Thank you so much for a beautiful visit 😁🙏

I stayed at Bay villa with my wife for 1 month. The villa is a dream and the staff very nice always with a smile. Beautiful view day and night over Haad Salad. The rooms are nice and big, the beds very good. The infinity pool is something incredible. Everything just perfect.

Firstly, this is not a negative review of Bay Villas and their staff. This is a negative review of Air BNB! I'll keep this brief, however it should be noted that there are certain policies and procedures of ABNB that do not protect the customer! Please be careful using Air BNB. They have a policy that penalises any host that has previusly cancelled a guest. This means that there may be a dispute that holds your payment from the host. This will give rise to a conflict between you and the host, as your payment will not reach the host. We experienced this and were asked by the host to make a payment guarantee, after ABNB had taken our payment!!! You are at risk when using this service provider! If there are other options, explore them or check to make sure there are no open disputes with a host you are selecting! Half of our trip was a disaster due to this conflict and we were in the middle as ABNB would not contact the host to resolve for us... no compensation and just a blunt sorry, but its not in our policy!

Nice stay for our family we got an upgraded a villa as we are coming over than our reservation the manager very helpful since the pier . We can say this is our wonderful trip ! At Cafe Flow there lots menu and tasty food. Last day we did a massage in the villa very relaxing ☺️

Reading some of the reviews here made me almost cancel the reservation people. Please be kind when you review a place that the only shortcoming it’s is location on the hills on top of the seashore, which was a perfect location for us to feel loved was for bedroom amazing view, amazing pool. Everything was just perfect. There is a need to take a ride from the bottom of the hill to the top of the place where the villa is how ever it’s worth while, you can get a taxi driver to pick you up for a few dollars each time it is in amazing place great service spotless amenities and the cleaning service is only once a week. This is something that I would like to change and I have it maybe twice a week so in overall we had a fabulous time and we will come back for sure.
