Location is good, but the facilities are old and not really well taken care of. As mentioned by other reviews, the price does not match what you get. It’s located on one of the more quiet beaches on the island, and especially at night, it is not easy to reach the more lively areas of the island. If coming back to Koh Samet I would not chose this accommodation again.

Very disappointed, the room is very dirty, there are ants and geckos, there are a lot of mosquitoes, it is not worth the price to live in such a room, the boss's service is OK, the scenery nearby is beautiful!
