I saw some reviews before saying it was run down, and I was hesitant to book, but our group of 8 people stayed there and actually thought it was pretty good. The hygiene was decent, and the location was about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. If you're a family, it's definitely a good option, go ahead and book with confidence.

They clean every day. Only one key for two people. The room is very hot. No elevator, but they helped carry our luggage. The stairs are very scary; you could break a leg. The handrails are less than 1.2m high, maybe even 1.0m. The balcony railings are also quite low.

Hotel is ok, looks like is under upgrading which is a good thing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is essential but good. Is located near the town centre that provides for convenience store and massages. The nearest beaches is the main one which can be crowded. Overall a good choice for families

I was very disappointed that the booking stated there would be two king-size beds (we were traveling with a child). In reality, there was only one bed. We had to pay 850 baht per night for an extra bed at the hotel. Otherwise, everything was fine. The staff quickly brought a bed and linens. I liked the access from the room to the pool.
