Facilities: The room was a bit small. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel's private beach was very clean, and the seawater was clear. There were fireworks displays every night. Service: The service was pretty good. Recommendation: It's more convenient to rent a motorcycle on the island.

Good to have private beach but it’s too wavy. Breakfast was provided but not a wide variety of foods. Room was clean and hotel location is good and quiet. It is just not in the city centre so need to take the tuk tuk taxi.

Good hotel, clean and decent service. Unfortunately we had to cancel one day and told the receptionist upon arrival due to an emergency back home , but they refused to reimburse me for the unexpected cancellation.

This was the worst room I've ever stayed in on vacation. It was right next to a pile of trash from the neighboring shop, so in this tropical climate, we constantly got whiffs of a terrible smell. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, forcing us to sleep sideways to avoid it. To top it off, the outdoor AC unit was right outside the head of the bed, buzzing and rumbling all day long!

A really great hotel! Just rent a scooter to get around. It has its own private beach and a good-sized area with a pier. Definitely worth a return visit.

Newly renovated rooms; comfortable & cleaned. Beautiful private peaceful beach. All the hotel staff that we had contacted did excellent jobs. Enjoyed live music & a fire show in the evening. We gave 200 THB to the fire show men. Frankly speaking, their fire show skills are much better than Hawaii. (Except, no hip dance) It would be nice if the other hotel guests would have given them some tips, too. Everything was good, except the music at the restaurant by the beach was a bit too loud. I will return to stay at this hotel again if I go to Samed next time.

Overall of the services are not bad. Only the disappointing part is the toilet. The cleanliness of toilet is killing me. And the water drainage stuck and flooding in toilet. Other than that, its still okay for me.
