Great place on.the water front. The room was a great size. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom and shower really needs attention. Also if you are a light sleeper the A/C unit is very noisy.

Location close to the beach, however i have to say i wont be staying here again - dated/extremely basic furnishings with super thin walls. Extremely loud music that you can hear til 3am and the sound of kitchen starting on 7am meant i only have few hours of sleep, only risk it if you are a deep sleeper.

Right on beach but no view from room and balcony photo is not individual room it is the shared landing. Good shower comfy bed. No elevator and steep stairs. Staff friendly, would stay again but ask for floor 2

Very good location direct on the beach. The room is big, has nice design and one can see the sea. Has small balcony to dry clothes and towels. Hotel-Restaurant has good and various food.

Located on Sai Kaew Beach, the most beautiful beach on Koh Samet, the accommodation is in a very good location and is suitable for people who like liveliness, eating by the sea. There are convenience stores nearby, so it is not quiet and suitable for people who like this style. The accommodation has a good view and is moderately clean. The hotel may be quite old and the staff have a good service mind. Please maintain the standards consistently and always, whether with Thais or foreigners.

The location is very good. Everything is nearby (shops, cafes, taxis). Walking distance from the pier in a straight line is 15 minutes. The room is as in the photo. The staff is friendly. Keep in mind that there is noise until late at night.

There is a restaurant downstairs. The beach is right outside the restaurant. It is very beautiful, but the equipment is very old and the air conditioner is very noisy all night. In addition, you have to take a small path to enter and exit the hotel unless you walk along the beach. It is a bit scary at night. The food in the restaurant is not cheap, and the cost performance is not high
