Good value for money. Situated by the main street nearby a super beach. After a week I left to day. Waiting for my boat suddenly the man and the lady from Mossman House turned up for giving me my glasses I had forgotten. What a fantastic service !!!

Excellent clean affordable base for exploring beautiful Koh Samed. 10 mins walk from ferry terminal. Comfortable beds, tea/ coffee provided in room, and as close as you can get to restaurants and shops! Friendly reception girl. Pay 500 Baht key deposit. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Perfect location Clean room Big cold fridge Comfy bed Big balcony on 2nd floor Tea and coffee Helpful owner lady 2 min from beach Many restaurants around and a number of bars on main street further up and on beach Definitely return when back in samet Hired bike all day from hotel 300 baht include gasoline

We stayed at Mossman House twice while on Ko Samet. We had 3 nights when we first arrived then a night before we returned to the mainland as it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the pier. We had 2 different rooms on the 2nd floor, both had large balconies, the rooms were a good size, well decorated and very, very clean. The owner speaks reasonable English and helped us book our return boat and also change some money. The guest house is in the centre of the village but is very quiet- in fact there are a lot of birds and the main noise was birdsong. We slept very well here. We paid 1000THB a night which was a fair price.
