Amazing place and people and also the resort was excellent too with all staff

We enjoyed our stay. It is relatively a quiet resort location and feel a little isolated. However, this can be a good thing if you're looking for some quiet beach time. Food was good dinner is expensive

My little paradise on earth ❤️ lovely small secluded beach, amazing views, gorgeous food and very kind and helpful staff.

The Ao Prao hotel is a gem.  The tomyum soup is the best in the world. The property is immaculate and the massage was fantastic. Our room was 101 and the best location on the property. The staff is exceptional and will bend over backwards for you. Zann and Ti are so helpful. The problem is the pollution and trash in the ocean. The hotel is excellent but the water is less than desirable for a holiday.

The staff is really helpful and will go all the way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are great. I appreciated the calm and exclusivity of the beach. I had to change my room because they gave me a twin bed ( and I'm travelling alone ) but I noticed that both the bathroom had the same issue : The sink is not as clean as you'd like to. In my first room, whenever I showered all the bathroom is flooded because of the door or maybe the whole design of the showed. That being said, I've enjoyed my stay and would've stayed longer if I could. It's frankly a good hotel, and the food is really delicious. 

Great stay here! The service is excellent the rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the sea Nice quiet beach area but the waves are quite big compared to the other side of the island The transfer service to the boat and to the mainland is very well organised and professional Thank you!

The round-trip transfer from the pier to the hotel was good, the environment was comfortable and the beach was clean, perfect for a holiday

It’s a great time to stay and chill. It’s convenient to use the transportation service from Ao Prao pier to the hotel. No delayed and good hospitality

The man at the Ao Prao Pier is very rude and when i asked question and he was not helpful, is a very bad start of the trip. another bad thing was we could not take the shuttle boat from the hotel straight to Ban Phe Pier due to the high tides, i spend more 30 min for the trip. i got hurt because of the door edge of the shower room. i told the reception about that, but the lady was busy with her private video chat with friend and not putting down the phone and help. i dont think their service is equal to their price range. the beach and the surrounding environment is good, but they dont need the motorbike to go down and need to walk about 10 mins for a way from the motorbike parking to the hotel. the hotel is expecting you to use the taxi for in and out, which is not quite convenience. they have different water sport, but they charge one by one, even the life jacket.

Quiet and nice beach. very beautiful sunset, sand is smooth and nice to play, very nice for water activities food is a bit pricey can go to tourist area by taxi but a bit expensive.

The room is very charming and cool, with direct access to the pool and beach. It's perfect for just relaxing and unwinding.
