Koh Samui Bo Put 4-star Hotels

This hotel was absolutely fantastic!! The service and staff were super friendly. We were served at all times of the day and even at one point one of us lost our passport on the day of our departure and in the last hour the hotel staff personally came to the airport to drop off our passport before our flight. Talk about amazing service. Thoroughly impressed!

We stayed 6 nights here The location was good shops and Resturants near by. The Resort is very large and well spread out and grounds are looked after, some of the staff are welcoming to you others are not. The room was fine good space and a outside bath and porch area bathroon was open and ok. There staff at the reception were great helpfull and i did not get a name but a young man who went out of his way for guest and always had a smile. My let downs we arrived at the pool area twice tom find there were no towels so you would have to go up to bar area and ask straight away someone was sent to get more. Breakfast most morning as you went to get food there was none again you would have to ask this happened most mornings even the bread baskets run out. as the breakfast areas were hot in morning again we would have to ask for fans to be turned on to move the air around just small things but frustinging at same time. If you do stay there go to the night markets down the road they are great Mon, Wed, Friday night well worth the effort great food cooked fresh

After managing to secure a booking for the 2 x Duplex Pool Villas myself and our friends were looking forward to rounding off the previous 3 weeks with a relaxing 10 Days after a long trip visiting Singapore, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Bangkok & Finally Koh Samui. The rooms booked vary between prices but generally are charged out between 4K - 8K per week so you would expect top notch facilities and service - to be fair we paid slightly less due to booking it months in advance but regardless if I had paid full price I would have been severely narked to say the least. Room Plenty of space and the infinity pool on the 2nd floor looked great in the photos on the website. The reality is shoddy workmanship is all over the rooms and the cleaning of the room is not great. (See Photos) The pool furniture is a joke - your paying top prices for basic plastic beds, ripped parasol - our friends didnt even have one. The small main pool had lovely Ratan Furniture with comfy pads and we get cheap plastic crap. *** Restaurant Staff were mainly friendly, cocktails literally had no alcohol in them and when we asked for more alcohol a couple of staff members moaned and pulled faces. Food was reasonable but Pizza base was just sloppy and not cooked so 2 pizzas we had were in the main inedible. We booked 4 meals one lunchtime, all 4 meals turned up at different times and by the time the last meal arrived 2 meals were already finished and this took over an hour. If you fancy a nice quiet drink at night forget it - last orders are 8.50am and staff are pushing you to leave the outside seating area 40 mins later regardless of wether you have finished your drinks or not. In summary its a shame that the most expensive rooms are not what is depicted on the website and why on earth the owners never checked the finishes of these is beyond me - I can only assume they were running out of money as the finishes are pitiful - other cheaper rooms locations are not great with no views whatsoever. Infinity Pool is excellent - If you are looking for a Luxury Break this is not the hotel for you !!!

On arrival we were given cold drinks reception very small. Had to wait for room to be ready. Our room was on third floor over looking the pool. Room a good size and bathroom good size and very clean. The resort very cold and no Thai character. Was like a resort in the Mediterranean to much concrete and alley ways. Also a lot of waisted space. Beach kept very clean and crystal clear water. Sun beds hard to get some days. Breakfast reasonable and the breakfast lay out a bit strange. Stayed seven days and the WI-FI NOT THE BEST KEPTED BREAKING DOWN. One girl on reception had good English SEEMED TO DO MOST OF THE WORK. The man on the reception also very good when there. One girl on reception could not understand English very well and became a little aggressive. The resort is at the far end of beach and a Twenty minute walk to Samui central. Strange set up with beach towels, had to return to reception to get clean beach towels and leave old ones. Over all Ok but not our type of resort.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Particularly the manager Chalong and all his friendly efficient staff. During my stay I had an accident and was looked and brought to hospital as if they were my family. The hotel staff go out of their way every day to look after customers. The hotel itself is 2 mins walk from the quiet end of Chaweng beach. It also has a nice reasonable size swimming pool surrounded by colourful gardens. The rooms have the most comfortable beds with great Wi-Fi and are spotless clean with good showers. Also at its doorstep there are a couple of great restaurants and cafes. For the price, friendly service and location it’s hard to beat. I would have no hesitation in recommending this resort. Thanks Chalong and all your staff. See you again 🙏🏼. Gareth

It's not often I leave bad reviews, in fact this is the only time but I feel it's warranted. We booked the 1 bedroom villas on the beachside, once we caught our navigo there, none of us knew where the hell to go, this includes the navigo driver who telephoned the number on our itinerary and got no one at all. It was only by chance I walked into an office with no one manning it that I found someone in a back room to check me in. The reception phone to call someone is static and cannot make sense of anyone talking on the other end once they finally pick up. Once we were into the villa, that's when most of the problems started. It certainly isn't 4 star as it advertises itself. The positives first were the rooms were big, the pool was private and the wifi worked well. There's also a decent coffee shop just down the road. Now unfortunately onto the negatives * very overpriced for what you get * the beach is covered up by trees so no sea view * once at the beach, it's covered in litter and not clean * the shower goes hot-cold-warm then stays cold * the jacuzzi was dirty and the water that came out of that was brown and horrible * the wood skirting needs to be replaced as the water has damaged them over time * the bedside lamps are red which makes the room feel like a ******* (they are also chipped/broken) * the 3 tvs in the place were not working and once I tried to tune back in, still nothing. On top of this, the DVD player also wouldn't stay on * the frypan and egg flip had MOULD on them when I went to use for breakfast, then when I returned to the office to get replaced, I was told I would get a new one later that day, 3 days later on departure and no clean frypan. * constant leaves in the pool from the surrounding trees Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to stay at as its way too overpriced for what you actually get.

Advantages: French pastoral decoration style deep my heart The room facing the sea Pull the door directly to the sea The kind of unsatisfactory! The hotel waiter is also very enthusiastic. Especially recommend his restaurant. The chef is afraid that it will not be Michelin level. Even if you don't go out to the hotel, you won't be tired. Haha, and the toiletries in his home taste very advanced. Porridge, because we booked a suite more spacious when booking. Waiting for 2 adults and 1 child to stay, they put an extra 1.2 single bed next to the big bed. If it is a normal room, he said that it is not good for an extra bed. Disadvantages: The drinking water provided by the hotel has a salty smell. It is not used to drinking. It is all 711 to buy water. The hotel has no parking lot. It is not good to park.

The Park Samui provides spacious 2-bedroom apartments facing the pool or garden. It is only a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Choeng Mon Beach. It has free Wi-Fi and 2 swimming pools. The elegant apartments are well-decorated with artworks and fine furnishings. They feature a living room, a private balcony and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and cookware. They are fitted with a flat-screen television, stereo and DVD player. Guests can make the most of the tropical weather by the infinity pool or enjoy a work out at the modern fitness centre. Water activities like windsurfing and snorkelling can also be enjoyed on site. Alternatively, the tour desk will organise excursions to tourist sites. Nestled within tropical greenery, The Park Samui is only a 10-minute drive from Bo Phut Fisherman's Village and Samui International Airport. Chaweng Beach with its shopping and nightlife options is a 6-minute drive away.

This is a villa type hotel run by the French privately. It is located on the top of a hill and faces the sea. The building is very artistic, the environment is beautiful and quiet, and the grass and trees in the courtyard are carefully designed. The western breakfast was delicious.

10 mins walking to the main road, but there is a 7/11 right outside the hotel and some local eatries. I like this location cause is quiet away from the busy touristic area. Nice pool to cool of a hot day, hopefully they will be in full operation with nice setting restaurant n pool bar. The room was nice n clean with full kitchen equipments provided. Lovely owner n friendly staff. Will be back.
