I spent a total of four nights at this facility on two separate occasions. I would only recommend this hotel for very short stays (one or two nights maximum). On the plus side, the location is excellent and since it was low season their rates were really chep, plus the receptionist was very polite and patient and did her very best to help. However, the room I got was rather noisy and there was even water leaking in from one of the walls - so much so that the staff had laid a towel on the floor and against the wall in an attempt to stem any leaks. Since I was unlucky enough to travel to Koh Samui in November of all times, a time of year when it rains (often very heavily) every single day, that meant that when I got back to my room after a heavy shower I found part of the floor covered in water. Also, the reception is not manned in the evening nor early in the morning and the owner is not particularly forthcoming either. They only provide guests with the bare minimum - e.g. once I badly needed a hairdryer and they didn't have one; any other facility I've stayed at anywhere in the world was able to provide at least that.
