The general experience was great, beautiful facilities, great service, but this hotel is more for families with older children because they don’t have a children playroom. Other than that, overall we had an excellent time there though.

Absolutely loved it, the most beautiful bar ever. The service is the best especially WhatsApp communication channel. Some facilities do seem a bit outdated and the variety of breakfast items is somewhat limited.

everything is good. staff,room service in room and restaurant all the food is excellent. i will back again stay in W HOTEL anyway anywhere.love it 😍

The check-in experience is superb! There is a wonderful fireworks show at 8:30 in the evening! I stayed in a small villa and called a car through the front desk for pick-up. The beach of W Hotel is super beautiful, very clean, and the service facilities are also complete! The breakfast is also delicious~ Koh Samui is so beautiful and full of holiday feeling!

Good service, good environment, and reasonable price

The room is big, the environment is good, the scenery is super beautiful, it is worthy of being a popular travel photography hotel. The shuttle bus in the hotel responds promptly, the dessert station has a rich variety of ice cream, the staff is warm and service-oriented, and the restaurant is also cost-effective. However, the hotel is really old, and some facilities are not well maintained. The air conditioner in the room broke down the next day and it took a long time to repair it. I was a little disappointed

W is expensive but worth it, the facilities are very good and the service is superb. They also give their children a free extra bed (11 years old). The restaurant is delicious, the breakfast is rich, and the Japanese restaurant is also good, except it is expensive. There are small freezers everywhere that provide ice cream and ice cubes, which children love the most. The sand on the beach is not fine, so you can lie down and play all day. It is not far from Fisherman Village, 10 minutes by taxi. It is not far from other central restaurants, just Grab, convenient!

W Hotel has always been synonymous with vitality and romance. The public lobby is beautiful, and the welcome drink is delicious. The fire element performance in the evening is particularly good. I recommend it. Hahaha

I really think it's not worth it to charge me 5,600 yuan a night for this service 1️⃣: The water quality of the swimming pool is very poor. I can smell the disinfectant water when I go down 2️⃣: The shower water filter was used four times and it was like this (I used the shower six times at Conrad in Koh Samui before staying at W, and it was only beige). The hotel's water filtration is not in place 3️⃣: The material of the swimming pool is really too poor, with coarse sand on the bottom. My partner and I both have different degrees of abrasions. Once it touches the skin, it hurts like falling on the muddy ground. 4️⃣: The hair dryer is really rubbish, worse than any other brands. It's really rare to find a hair dryer without adjustable wind speed. There are only hot and cold winds, but the hot wind can't be turned on. There is a burnt smell. The wind of the hair dryer is also very small. I have to wonder if there is a problem with the hair dryer or the quality. The hair dryers in domestic branded guesthouses are not like this. Why do you keep talking about hair dryers? Because it is used very frequently, it is used after swimming, playing in the water, and taking a shower. It is not friendly to people with long hair. 5️⃣: Toiletries are extremely simple. Although Thailand is said to be environmentally friendly, it is really a bit psychedelic that cotton swabs, shavers and combs are not provided, especially cotton swabs. After playing in the water, I couldn't clean my ears. Only toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, which makes people speechless. 6️⃣: There is no signal at the toilet. 7️⃣: The attitude of the driver driving the buggy is average. I stayed for two nights and went in and out many times. It was basically the same driver, and he drove very quickly. He would never slow down at the bend and didn't care much about the comfort of the passengers. All of the above are summarized by comparing with Conrad. Conrad is only 100 more expensive than W, but the service quality is more than doubled. The water quality is very good, the service attitude is very good, basically they will smile and say hello, and the toiletries are provided in place, the hair dryer is also awesome, there are a lot of buggies, basically on call, and the driving is very slow. Once you reach a bend, you will brake, and you will stop for you if you take a photo. It is very polite. The only disadvantage is that the location is not convenient. However, if you don't want to walk around on vacation, it is recommended to choose Conrad.
