On Agoda, it's explicitly stated, while on Trip.com, it's provided as a clickable button. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding this matter. The deposit is a precautionary measure for the safety of both guests and the property, and it's based on the value of our accommodations, which is in line with industry standards.Regarding the amenities, we take pride in providing high-quality products sourced from reputable suppliers. Our towels and amenities are purchased from "Secret of Samui," a well-known shop on Koh Samui, known for its premium offerings. The organic soap provided is also sourced from them, as they supply to most hotels on the island.In terms of communication and check-in process, we do require guests to notify us before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience. Unfortunately, there was difficulty reaching you as we did not receive responses to our messages. The delay in check-in was solely due to this communication gap.Regarding the soundproofing, we have taken measures such as cement walls and double glass to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. Given the spacious layout of our accommodations, noise disturbances are typically minimal. We apologize if there were any inconveniences experienced in this regard.Lastly, we strive to provide a convenient location for our guests, with various dining options within a short walking distance.
