European on vacation with my Thai partner, we were both disappointed: 1) by the very light breakfast or paying for more... the fruit was not cut fresh in the morning, my bread was frozen... the Thai breakfast only my companion took it was basic and tasteless in short not to take as an option…
2) the majority of table service staff are not very smiling.
Otherwise the hotel is great, the rooms are very good and the outdoor shower in nature is great…. Fortunately the frame makes us forget these little flaws…

Unfortunately due to an online scam on airline tickets I was no longer able to go to Thailand and of those booked without cancellation it was the only structure which, despite the very thoughtful intervention of TRIP, was inflexible and categorical.
Unlike the other 2, they understood my inconvenience communicated 15 days in advance and proceeded to refund.
