The room was fantastic — big, clean, with a good interior and great materials. However, the bathroom does not separate the wet and dry zones. There is a big bathtub attached to the toilet. You have to shower in the bathtub and everything gets wet The hotel seems to be short-staffed, which affects the overall service quality. The staff seemed too tired, which is why they were not very friendly. there was a lack of coordination between the breakfast area and the front desk staff. The parking area was quite limited and narrow Even though I requested special needs through the Trip App. I did not receive them.

could be better and some things coul be improved, difficult to find the light switches, no plug at the waterheater, shower has slow draining drain resulting in flooding the bathroom. Poor service at the swimmingpool. Price quality ok, it is what it is if you stay just a night or two.

Lovely receptionist she made us happy it was an amazing stay.

The hotel is located not far from Central, within walking distance (about 5-10 minutes). It's clean and well-equipped, with nice views from the upper floors. The only downsides are the lack of an elevator and the swimming pool closing too early (at 6 PM).

Everything was fine, except for the dirty windows and the awkwardly positioned toilet, which you could only sit on diagonally. The room also needs some renovation.

We had a pleasant family stay. The service was excellent: the staff were very attentive, and one team member even helped us carry our particularly heavy suitcases to our room. However, the overall experience was rather unremarkable in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and location, and could benefit from some improvements to truly match the warm welcome.

There is a terrible smell of sewage in the house.

Having booked our superior villa 7 month ago and having stayed before in a superior villa we where given what can only be discribed as 2 rooms off a courtyard we had to go outside to go to the kitchen or bathroom. The pool was very small and dirty in a very dark location. The place was very insecure with no master door to the building only a gate .However it would be very easy for someone who wanted to enter the building illegally e.g a burglar etc to do so very easily by climbing the 6ft wall. The place was not what we booked as advertised We expressed our concern would be very easy for someone who wanted to enter the building illegally e.g a burglar etc to do so very easily by climbing the 6ft wall. There were several text messages between ourselves and the manager via the receptionist expressing our disappointment and offer compromises to pay more money for a different department, The manager wasn't interested refused to come and meet us and then cancelled our booking with the reason we failed to turn up ehen we were actually sat in the reception We were then left stranded in koh samui, not able to speak the language tired from a very long journey angry,frightened and frustrated. Fortunately a taxi driver came to our aid and we ended up in the Chawang Garden Beach resort for not much more money and a much much higher standard of facilities, location and service
