Avoid, the bungalows are on the other side of the road, I had cockroaches, noise from the scooters from the scum bags that stay here. The hotel staff was rude.

The hotel has seen better. Reception was nice. check in was easy. The room was dark. the lights weren't bright enough. There were stains and a huge stain on one of the headboards. Gave up pushing the beds together because there were already rickety. unlocked panels? the bed itself was bad to say the least. bumpy, lumpy, and could feels the springs. The only great thing about it is access to the beach. tis beautiful. and private so one can spend the day here.
Would I recommend it:; NO. unless, they do a major renovation.

My second stay here within a week (the proximity to the airport was key.)
The hotel was very helpful in getting me to the airport for a much better rate than getting a Grab taxi.
I stayed here again because I found the grounds so relaxing, from the pool, the view, the room, and the bar.

Small room, but good for the price. Close to the beach and not far from the airport. Big Pool out the front of the room we were staying.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, big pool and beach nearby.
I had to wait 4 hours for my room to be ready because I arrived early. I requested an early check-in in advance, but was denied. I am sure that it was possible because there were really few guests on the territory of the hotel.

When we got to the room we saw these 2 bugs for the Welcome.
Good Hotel but the sea view rooms do not have much privacy
Aeroplanes fly over your head very often all day airport is very close to the hotel.

Nice hut in a good location, but under the flight path. The main attraction is the infinity pool on the oceanfront. Near the Big Buddha it also has very nice cafes in the area. I would stay there again.
