My second stay at this hotel. Huge rooms and a really good position very close to the beach. Also, the rooms are modern and clean, so would highly recommend.

Perfect location. Clean and spacious room. The only drawback is the early check out time.

Excellent

Surprisingly great! Room is indeed big with lots of surfaces to put all my things. Love the industrial decor, bed was big and comfortable. Hangers and rack works great, enjoyed the bath tub too with power water pressure there ever was. Aircon was cold as well that’s very appreciated for 40degrees + heatwave. One thing is I’m not sure if there was housekeeping as the other reviews said the floor is abit greasy and I used tissue to wipe it turned out black. They also didn’t come to empty my bins and I asked on the 3rd day nor top up toilet paper so I ended up using my own. That’s strange and I didn’t see any housekeeping cards to hang as well but everything else was so pleasant I didn’t push to ask. Staff were very lovely and super helpful also. No elevators from ground level though so having luggage and injured back not good but i got help from staff. Finally could do my laundry so happy, they send it off site. Location is prime, 24h mcd just next door if you were hungry at night and 7-11 is not available nearby but there’s a mini mart (if you wanted nice water and drinks like me that’s abit troublesome). Central festival mall is near so the supermarket works closes 11pm

The facilities were old and not well cleaned. The room was small and the air conditioning didn’t work well and it was very hot it was hard to sleep. We won’t book it again

Very good Hotel, good location, clean, employees super nice, had a little problem with the sheets, so we had to pay 300 baht, my only problem is that they didn’t mention anything like this when we checked in. Other than that, highly recommend them!

It is ok but expensive for what it is, it is like they not clean the room, toilet floor furniture dirty.

Nice Stay exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. While it may lack some frills, the value for money is excellent. Convenient location and hassle-free check-in make it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Excellent location - close to Central Samui, restaurants n Chawaeng beach is just 3 mins’ walk from hotel (walk to back of hotel, cut thru Baan Samui hotel n u r there!) beautiful beach - clear waters n clean beach. Room was huge for 2 people, n it comes with a bathtub which was a bonus for someone who is always looking for rooms with bathtub. Waster pressure was great (at 1st floor) Cons: - floor was v slippery so a bit dangerous when stepping on the floor mat - not v soundproof so u can hear people talking, doors banging. However there was a festival going on at the lake but wasn’t noisy so only within hotel it was noisy. - only 1 chair n luggage bench provided; not enough hangers. Probably a clothes rack would have been helpful too - have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access lift

Great location, very easy access to the beach. Has good restaurants on each side of the hotel. Very friendly staff and clean big size rooms. And what was important for me fast Internet.

Good hotel away from the hustle and bustle just one road away from the main beach and food options are plenty

+ve Friendly staff, Good location close to beach, convenient store, short walk to Central Samui mall and entertainment area, about 15 min taxi ride from airport. -ve No English speaking TV news channel, dark stains on some of the bath towels

There is no table and chair in the room which is inconvenient. Overall a great option for a couple of days to decide where it’s best to live next

Huge room space, super clean, perfect to me. Definitely coming back to stay here again next time
