We made a reservation 5 months in advance. A month before they tell us that there was a mistake and that they did not record our reservation. Now they no longer have space for us (having the reservation confirmation). Actually they have raised prices and wanted to charge more for our room. A real shame! Please don't do any reservation with them, they are unhepful and a cheaters!

Early bookings with a favorable price lead to cancellation 2 months before arrival for suspicious reasons such as emergency and alleged renovations. Renovation in high season? An emergency that is known 2 months in advance? In fact, we are in reputable accommodation on site and could see that the promised apartment is occupied. Conclusion: It's about the price, which the operator didn't want to stick to. The behavior of Booking-com is particularly annoying. Nice friendly "oh we're sorry" and i'm so sorry, but no involvement in the business conduct of this dubious hotel operator. Shame as we had a pleasant stay there years before. Cheap offers should therefore be treated with caution.
