Excellent! It felt like a secluded getaway. Our room was a standalone villa, and after I messaged the hotel requesting a room with a good view, they kindly placed us high up with a sea view – it was perfect. We stayed for two nights during the National Day holiday in 2026. The hotel's location is very private, and they offer golf cart transfers for getting around. You can book a car by adding the front desk on WeChat or WhatsApp, and their response is incredibly prompt. The housekeeping service was fantastic, twice a day, and a silent service. Our room was cleaned discreetly while we were out, without any disturbance, which was very thoughtful. All the staff were lovely, and they even provided a free airport drop-off when we left. It was very quiet, very Thai, very chill, and I loved it. Especially the breakfast restaurant, the location and view were absolutely stunning. My wife and I were reluctant to leave, hoping to return again someday. Overall, I have so many feelings and regrets about leaving, and so much love for the hotel, that words can't fully express it all.

Napasai Hotel, located in the northern part of Koh Samui, is a hotel with excellent value for money on the island. The views are incredible; you can even lie in bed and watch the ocean. The service is attentive, with electric buggies available on demand. Plus, free kayaking is a delightful bonus.

I want to point out that a large part of the hotel, including the restaurant and infinity pool, was closed, which I didn't notice when booking the room. Therefore, there are no entertainment options at the hotel. Food can be ordered until 7 PM. But overall, I liked the hotel; the staff does everything possible to compensate for the lack of infrastructure. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the service is truly 5-star. The beach is shallow until lunchtime. The views from the villa are beautiful. It's a good option for a couple of nights if you're looking for solitude.

The hotel, Napasai Samui Residence, offers free airport shuttle service. We booked three rooms and stayed for two nights, and the experience was fantastic. As you can see from the pictures, for our family of four, they even prepared an extra floor mattress before we arrived. They have a free tennis court, and the sea outside the window is a beautiful emerald green. The service is also excellent; cars are available on call. Since there are hardly any Chinese tourists on Koh Samui, breakfast primarily caters to Western tastes, but it was still pleasant to sit outdoors, feel the sea breeze, and even enjoy instant noodles. There's a lot of vegetation, yet no mosquitoes, so I highly recommend this place. The bedding here was the most comfortable out of the four hotels we stayed at.

A small but beautiful hotel, very secluded and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It has a very authentic Thai feel, and the breakfast was good. Most importantly, the hotel manager, Ae, was incredibly dedicated and responsible, always ready to help with anything we needed.

The view from the room was great, and the service was excellent. The crab curry for breakfast was delicious too! We went as a big family, and everyone found something they enjoyed. Both the ocean and our room felt very private.
