Santiburi Koh Samui

A wonderful hotel that makes you want to return! We absolutely loved everything! Santiburi is an amazing place with vast, incredibly beautiful, and lush green grounds. The biggest surprise for us was a complimentary room upgrade – the hotel gifted us a luxurious villa right by the sea. Waking up to the sound of waves was unforgettable! The beach here is simply magnificent: clean sand, easy entry into the water, and everything is perfectly tidy. The service is top-notch – the staff are very attentive and friendly. Breakfasts are beyond praise: a huge selection and everything is delicious. We will definitely come back here again. Definitely recommend for a luxurious getaway!

We feel right at home every time we visit this hotel. We come back every year, except for the pandemic years. The hotel has extensive grounds, lush with greenery, and we wake up to birdsong every morning. They offer a good breakfast with a great selection of fruits. Several times during each stay, we eat at the beach restaurant; the food is delicious. While the prices are higher than outside the hotel, the beach atmosphere, presentation, and service are all top-notch. The beach in this area is absolutely beautiful.

Overall, my stay at Santiburi Koh Samui was a good experience – beautiful grounds, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, and I also liked the beach. However, there were a few things that were quite surprising. What I disliked most was the hotel's policy on food delivery – there's a penalty for it! 😱 This is very strange, especially considering we didn't enjoy the dinner options at the hotel itself. Also, the mattress was too firm, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Another minor point is that there are hardly any European restaurants near the hotel, so you have to take a taxi to find them. Aside from these points, the hotel is truly good and leaves a pleasant impression.

What a hidden gem of a hotel! The pool villa was super comfortable, you could literally open the door and jump into the pool. It was just a 2-minute walk from the room to the beach. Breakfast was extensive, and the staff were really friendly. I highly recommend the tennis courts and the spa!

We had an unforgettable vacation at Santiburi Resort! It's located on the beautiful Maenam Beach and boasts an enormous, very well-maintained property. Everything at this resort is perfected down to the smallest detail – from the welcome drink and gong strike in the lobby to the turndown service in your room. The perfect breakfast with a cup of coffee sets you up for the whole day, and the beach service leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. We visited the modernly equipped gym twice a day. But the most important thing, after all, is the resort staff! Thank you all so much for your meticulous work, aimed at ensuring guests fully experience the unforgettable charm and heartfelt hospitality of Thailand!

The room was spacious, and we really appreciated the welcome fruit and the butler service. The duplex king room on the second floor had a low ceiling, and my mom hit her head. We informed the hotel, and they promptly moved us to a different room type and even provided ice for the bump. The hotel offers a lot of activities, including free Muay Thai, sailing, and paddleboarding. The swimming pool is also the largest on Koh Samui. Overall, we had a very good experience.

We stayed at the hotel in July and absolutely loved it. The breakfasts were fantastic. There are cafes and a 7-Eleven within walking distance of the hotel. The service at the hotel was excellent.

A wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and tastefully decorated rooms, including the reception and other common areas. We experienced a few minor issues with the service, nothing critical, but there's certainly room for improvement.
