Very nice hotel. Very good size bedroom, clean bathroom with a deep bath and decent shower pressure. Staff welcoming on check in. Not sure why they needed to photocopy my bank card though, surely they can take a deposit another way?
Good breakfast and nice pool which leads onto the beach.

Location: Excellent, next to OZO, right in the middle of Jhawen Beach, the sand in this section is the best
Room: Booked a lake view room on Ctrip for the first day, no balcony, the room is larger than the sea view room, very clean, the room equipment is relatively old, but fortunately there is no smell.
Breakfast: Average, just a few breads, bacon, sausages, eggs, milk, coffee, tea, a stir-fry, white rice. The fruit is delicious.
Swimming pool: Right next to the beach, the sea is just down the road, the swimming pool is very clean, not too big or too small.
Disadvantages: There is a bar on the lake view building side, which is high until 2 o'clock in the evening, and it keeps going and beating. Most people will definitely not be able to sleep. I am a person with strong anti-interference ability, I really can't stand it, it's too noisy, so the next day I decisively upgraded all the rooms for the next 4 days to the sea view building side. The front desk upgrade is more expensive, adding 100 RMB per night. It is recommended that the platform directly choose the sea view building side. The closer to the sea, the quieter this side is.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed in a double room in the Ocean building - it is located on the first line right by the beach. The room is small, but very bright and cozy. From the balcony you can see a garden with palm trees and flowering trees, you can also see a piece of the sea and the sunset in the evenings. Cleaning every day, change of linen and towels on request. They also brought 2 bottles of drinking water every day. Breakfast is a buffet, the food is delicious and quite varied - from cereals and scrambled eggs to fruits and pancakes. You can have breakfast in the closed part of the restaurant or on the terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel is very calm, not a party place. The vacationers are mainly families and couples. But if you need parties, the nearest beach clubs are a few minutes' walk away. There is also a shopping center and a street with bars and restaurants nearby. Chaweng Beach is very beautiful (but in December-February there may be waves on the beach). One of the nuances is that there is a bar with live music next to the hotel, you can hear it from the room until about 11:30 pm in the evenings. The staff is responsive, the reception is 24 hours a day. I would be happy to come here again.

I have known the hotel since 2012, then it was under a different name. The undeniable win is the location! This is a 100% hit in everything - the beach, shops, cafes, massage parlours, transport accessibility. But... the pandemic hit him hard! The rooms in 2 buildings require renovation and updating of furniture. The shore (sand) used to be raked daily - now the public area of the beach is cleaner than the hotel sunbeds. Breakfasts have become less varied, the range has completely shrunk, although the quality is good and tasty. If you go for a week, it’s fine, but not for a longer period. But overall I'm happy with the price-quality ratio. And I repeat - you’ll forgive everything for the location!
