We stayed in Villa number 3 fro 3 days at the start of our holiday. Nina greeted us and showed us around the very spacious and well presented villa. She created a Whatsapp group for us to join and added a large amount of local information so we could refer to it during our trip. We used the group to enquire about taxis, hotels, activities etc and the staff always responded very quickly. They arranged everything we wanted during our stay. We also had a minor issue with a shower and reported this using the group. An engineer came and then obtained a part and repaired the shower inside an hour. The villa is lovely, Large rooms, excellent facilities. The pool was big and was in use constantly with 3 teenagers. We were pretty jet lagged so spent the first couple of days acclimatising and spent a lot of time in the villa. The location is a bit out of the way and up a very steep hill. This is fine if you are prepared for it. The staff helped us with finding groceries etc and had pre-stocked our fridge before our arrival. I emailed them a list of what they needed and I just paid them on arrival. Very efficient. We had food delivered to the villa on one night which was easy. The team at Baan Saitara could not have been more helpful and the villa was first class.

I booked the pool villa for the first night and the normal villa for the second night. I checked into the pool villa at 7 o'clock that night.
