Reviews of Viceroy Boutique Hotel

Viceroy team, especially Satyajit, was very helpful to us in our arrival process for our group. Twenty of us arrived from the US at the airport at various times. Satyajit expertly created our arrival transportation, aided in the taxis and shuttle. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and amazingly quiet given the noise outside. We also received support for our navigations to the train station as well as our return to the hotel for our airport departure at the end of our stay in Kolkata. The rooms are a good value - fairly priced and made our arrival easy to budget for. The location made it very easy to get from our international arrival flights to a place where we could rest at 2 am in the morning! The communication was excellent. thank you!

The overall experience is excellent and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends & relatives visiting Kolkata. Manager Mr. Pratik Saha is very friendly and helpful through out my stay and also to other guests. The restaurant staff was very courteous and provided the homely feeling in general, and Mr. Debasish in particular. Non Availability of Car parking is only the drawback. Parking and also getting in and out of the car in the service road is risky.

The overall stay was pleasant. Staff were cooperative. Restaurant food and service was superb. Great location. At least two bottles of 1 litre each drinking water should be served every day as complementary instead of 2 bottles of 500 ml which is too less.

I booked this hotel in the last moment while I was in a foreign country not knowing what to expect. When I arrived the manager at the counter was very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious for my family. Bathroom was clean and the service was very good. Pretty close to the airport also

The hotel is on a busy street with no soundproofing. A cacophony of street noise is constant. The AC has a single setting, polar winter, and you have to choose between that or blistering heat. The shower barely works. I guess the bed is okay. Avoid.

The location is good. The food and hospitality are excellent. The room size is moderate, but all facilities were available. The staff members are well-behaved and polite.
