Hotel Narayani Enclave Near Acropolis Mall Kasba

The hotel room was not clean. The wall paper is taped up with masking tape. They only provided 2 towels. No bath mat, hand towels or wash rags. The shower has no curtain which makes the entire bathroom wet so you would think there would be more towels. No one came to ask for a turn down, change bedding, take out the trash, or offer clean towels. We were there for 5 nights. The sheets were stained. The second bed had a bottom sheet and a thin small green fleece blanket. The pillows were thin and hard and were not provided for the second bed. They brought water by twice. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The gentlemen at the front desk were poor communicators and pretentious. I think this location charges what it does because it’s across the street from a fancy mall. At check out, we were at the front desk for 40 minutes while they rebooted their computer multiple times. Never once asked how we would pay. When the time came to take payment, they didn’t accept “international cards” and offered a QR code to scan for payment methods. All that did was open my WhatsApp. Finally, after I told him we had to leave to catch a flight and that we had been there for 30 minutes he said we could pay cash. An employee walked me around the block to an ATM that required 4 transactions to withdraw enough money to cover the expense. Then after we paid the front desk person told me we needed to wait for another hotel patron because there were issues with their room number. That was totally confusing. I had to be stern and say we paid and that we were leaving. At no point did I receive an invoice or receipt. It took 40 minutes to check out with no one else in the lobby for that entire time.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly, polite staff. Right across from Acropolis Mall which has a Starbuck's. I messaged them through ******* and sent an email to arrange to take the airport shuttle, but they never got back to me.

An amazing experience to stay and visit here on weekly basis and very much happy and satisfied with the services provided by the hotel ***agement and staffs and room service and foods service are just amazing...

Clean and well maintained. Only problem is that rooms are not very quiet. You can still hear the incessant honking from the street. But that's an unavoidable thing at most places in India. The Wifi was great, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay while you're in Kolkata. Acropolis Mall is right across the property and you have access to Starbucks, movies and food court.

Very nice staff and facility is highly cost-perfor***ce. They upgraded my room, so I really appreciate it.

Considerate staff. Good location. Opposite Acropolis Mall. VFS Global visa processing centre 100m away. Bancharam sweets 50m away. Taxi stand nearby. A standard hotel in prime location. Airport 20km away.

The hotel is very good with good facilities in place,Receptionist Saif is very good and kind hearted. Good place to stay,food is good and also Cheene kum restaurant is very good and the food is very tasty.

Staff are nice and friendly but no electric kettle.
