Reviews of Hotel VIP International

Location was good. But there were a lots of cockroaches in the room. No window was there though I booked a room with window. Also breakfast was in the booking, but didn’t get it properly.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was unclean and poorly maintained, which immediately set a negative tone. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning, making the room extremely uncomfortable, and there was water all over the floor. Room service was slow and inefficient, and the staff’s behavior lacked professionalism and courtesy. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this place.

I checked in for two days in the hotel ..The rectionists are good gentle and professional.The day i was checking out one guy took the keys and went to my room ,i was paying the outstanding amount to another guy who was wearing a tie and payment done.Suddenly the guy who took keys from me came down getting a towel which was white towel with red patches on it saying this is your towel you ruined it and pay extra 500 bugs. That was not at all my towel and that red colour was paint,neither im a painter ..They started arguing and fight started.I said a towel cost would not be more than 100 bugs.They started quarell and took 300 bugs from me,This is a game they are playing for money..Till now they didnt give me my bill of the stay.They took 1000 bugs extra for only the coffees and roti idal that i ordered there..When i asked the bill they said system not working and we will send you the bill later ..This is what guys dont ever get into that hotel ...They are looting money i hope the owner of the hotel sees my review,It went only with a towel think if they break anything else which is costly and put it on our head..Never ever dont check into that hotel..I have buisiness work again for next one year i will never get into that hotel...

Rooms are worst…Really not good…please don’t ever book this hotel…Dirty place…All curtains are not cleaned ..Staff won’t respond properly…please take action..there is no cancellation if tell rooms are not good..

The hotel room was worst in condition. 1. There were plenty of small cockroaches in the hotel washroom. 2.Washroom shower was broken. 3. Hotel restaurant was not in a good condition. There were no lights in the restaurant. 4. Breakfast food was of mediocre quality. Overall the hotel stay experience was not good at all.

The hotel is not well maintained. I changed 3 rooms . First room was not painted and tidy. 2nd room there was water leakage in airconditioner and whole room is filled with water. 3rd room the bathroom was not good. Complimentary breakfast not given. The switch points are very old. Not clean

hotel, no cleanliness at all. A single water bottle is charged Very very third class buffet breakfast. Totally cold, nothing hot. While booking they show great pics but on ground picture was totally different and smelly. In my room electricity issue could not be resolved for 4 hours. I strongly recommend other customers not to choose VIP INTERNATIONAL Hotel while booking. useless hotel.

very poor hotel. food quality was very low. cocroaches were there. Air-condition was not working .fungus mixed water so could not drink. etc. more and more issue with hotel.sofa and bed sheets ware not clean. I request to you nobody stay that hotel

very bad experience. air-condition was not working. food is very bad. drinking water not so clear. fungal mixed. toilet sheet broken. bedsheets and pillows are very dirty. there was so many baby cockroachs. bed lamps was broken. etc so many problems. I never stay next time. and I want to know why you are not seen this type of property before adding your list?? why? I bound one by one to chenged the room three times within one hour. all rooms have different problems. please don't provide these types of property.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

very hectic room condition,no exhaust fan in washroom pillow and bedsheet having spot ,no soap ,packaged drinking water etc given by hotel ,corridor having no light it's dark totally ,sofa almost broken hectic condition.Bath room was smelling so bad as no exhaust ,almirah mirror was broken ,no any menu for food item, tried 4-5 times to call to receptionist but they don't receive call easily
