It’s in the perfect spot and hotel is very clean and comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful

Hotel breakfast was good. We have dinner in hotel room that was also very good. Hotel location is also good. Bathroom was also very neat and clean . Overall hotel stay was very good.

It was a considerably small room for the price. The Faucets were leaking, the Shower did not have enough pressure and neither did the water closet. None of the rooms have a view. The staff is honest and hard working, its like they have made peace with the fate of this property.

Located the hotel on the web based on our requirement for a close place to us visa application centre. While the location, on the face of it looked a bit dirty, inside the hotel is neat, room is small but comfortable and very clean. Staff were courteous. Service and food is very good and tasty. Very limited choice for breakfast. Overall a good hotel stay, very close to us vac in kolkata.

The property location is a plus. Hospitality is better than many star rated hotels kolkata. Rooms are bit small yet clean. Breakfast can be improvised.
