Even though we stayed here just for one night in March 2023, yet we are carrying wonderful memories of stay and the culinary experience @ this little gem of Hilton chain. I asked for a veg burger for in-room dining to Lijo. Even on phone this guy was very polite, alert and energetic. The burger was really out of this world. Please try this Curried veg burger if you are here. Chef Rajneesh created this burger and he deserves my compliments. For dinner we were well served by a very polite and young *** Jayakarthick. The restaurant ***ager Vignesh was taking rounds of tables and it was very nice of him to ask about our food experience. We had ordered Meen Mulkittathu ( fish curry ) with Appam. It was high spicy to our taste and we rate it as one of the best. It was made by chef Sanal who deserves our compliments. We ordered Elaneer Payasam as dessert which was also top class. I would also like to thank Chef ***n to carefully note our precise instructions on the food. Mr Sarvanan was also very attentive and took good care of us. We were looked after so well by these gentlemen that it made our evening unforgettable. Thank you Hilton for suo-moto giving 10 per cent discount as Hilton Honors member.

The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping,transport and the turist site.The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean.The break fast buffet was excellent and incredibly varied.veg. Kitchen Vega Dimora, very tasty food. Room service was always on time. front office, house keeping and the conference serving staff was very warm welcoming and professional. Plus: - Very Kerala property - lush greenery everywhere - welcome drinks, free lagoon boat rides, high tea by the sea - Staff were great - Siva at reception was very attentive (thanks Siva!). others did a good job of taking photos and helping us capture memories - We had 3 rooms: 1 Cottage, 1 Deluxe Seaview; 1 Deluxe Plunge Pool room. if you can splurge, go for the deluxe plunge pool it is worth it! the rooms are large, having a private pool gave the option to jump in and out multiple times without having to traverse the property Minus: - Furniture needs an upgrade - TV not working in one of the rooms - Not great for elderly people - while there are buggy rides to take you around, still there are steps to climb to the rooms and even for breakfast (the alternative being taking the service elevator in a longer route) - Breakfast options were okay comparatively limited to other Taj properties we have been to - filter coffee and tea stand was good but overall very poor service across all days we were there. maybe not enough staff.

The warmth and care is unmatchable .We stay here regularly and regardless of the season and however busy they are ,all are requests are met with a smile . Mr Sudhir runs the F&B ships and his team does a marvellous job of always serving us with a smile and remembering our preferences.Amar ,Ganesan ,Mahesh are all wonderful and kind people and personally for us their location and ease of being in the central part is suitable . It will always be Vivanta for us whenever we are in Trivandrum ,just like it’s been since last few times .

This is one of the historic hotels of Trivandrum. Pros: - The location is great and near to all major city attractions and shopping places. - Tariff is quite affordable and has value for money. - The staff is very cooperative including security, front office, and reservations. A special thanks to Poornima for the support extended while booking and accommodating all our additional requests. - The rooms are quite big with all the necessary facilities like a writing desk, tea table, chairs, fridge, tea/coffee maker, drinking water and toiletries. Cons: - The breakfast has a very good spread but was over by 9:40 am on the day we went for breakfast. The staff mentioned that this situation was to unexpected sudden bookings.

You can feel the essence of Kerala. Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Well equipped gym. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nearby beaches and temples. You can have yummy South Indian cousins with other North Indian cousins options and a lot of sweets to relish.

Thank you for your help for 7 days. I think the location is good as it is within walking distance of Sripad***abhaswamy Temple, which is the number one tourist spot in Thiruvananthapuram. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no air conditioning, but there is a huge fan on the ceiling that is as cool as an air conditioner. There is no hot water from the shower, but it's hot outside, so if you take a shower after going out, the temperature will be just right. The restaurant was open even at odd hours, so I think it's probably open 24 hours. There is a menu in each room so you can check it out, but the prices are not that high compared to nearby restaurants. The minimum amenities other than tissues and shampoo are provided. I was so satisfied that I couldn't believe it was only 2,000 yen per night.
