The hotel is located in the city center. I had a superior room with two rooms and a large double bed, a sofa, an armchair, a work desk. Bedside sockets are provided by the bed. An ironing board and an iron are available upon call. The room has a safe, mini-fridge and a small (500 ml) bottle of water. The bathroom has a bathtub and three towels per person. Dispenser with shower gel. There is a small gym. On the second floor there is a small restaurant room where breakfasts are held. The breakfast is average, but tasty - a few cheese and cold cuts, as well as fruits - apples, oranges, sausages, scrambled eggs, cake. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask when entering, hand sanitizers on tables. Overall this is a decent hotel for one night. A separate topic is the organization of events. We rented a hall Podmoscowie. Arriving 20 minutes before the start of the event, we found that nothing was ready. The projector is not turned on, no sound is connected. We asked the administrator from the restaurant to fix it. The projector was connected only at 09:05, the image was not a full screen, faded. I had to use my own projector. The sound was adjusted for another 10 minutes. The coffee break was good, there are no comments here. I would like more professionalism in the organization.

Лучшая гостиница и одно из самых высоких зданий в городе. Минус звезда за «усталость» номера на 13-м этаже. В стене у входа дырка, потолок ванной с подтёками. Ну и кровать скрипит и шатается. В коридоре у лифтов есть кулер.

Прекрасный отель в центре. У нас был номер на 14 этаже, кажется это был полу-люкс. Коридор декорирован картинами с видами достопримечательностей Коломны, это очень мило. Сам номер в спокойных зеленых тонах, состояние номера очень хорошее, декор приятный. Номер уютный, просторный, ванная комната тоже достаточно просторная, все банные принадлежности были. В номере есть чайные принадлежности. Немного смутило, что рядом с чайной станцией нет розетки, поэтому чайник приходилось переносить к другой тумбочке, где эта розетка есть. Мне очень понравилась работа рум-сервиса, включая работу доставку из Сити-кафе. Оно очень понравилось- и сервис, и блюда. Однако ресторан, где были завтраки, мне понравился гораздо менее- не понравилось, что столовые приборы лежали в общей «куче», и каждый забирал их сам, при этом, конечно же, касаясь руками и других приборов. Официантов, видимо, чересчур натренировали- они молниеносно забирали тарелки, стоило только зазеваться- и уносили тарелку с едой, которую Вы планировали вообще-то доесть😂. Резюмирую: номер великолепный, уютный, рум -сервис из сити-кафе превосходный. Завтрак нормальный. В отеле есть большая парковка.

Мне очень понравился этот отель, хорошая организация, персонал на высшем уровне, всё чисто и приятно, всегда тебе улыбаются, очень вежливые сотрудники, много чего подсказывают, аж на душе становится приятно.

Останавливались на выходные, полулюкс 8 этаж. Увидев на сайте гостиницы 3*, ожидала существенно худшего. Гостиница большая, очень востребованная туристами, на выходные заполнена под завязку. Номер большой двухкомнатный и со всем стандартным комплектом - халаты, тапки, чайный сет, сейф, туалетный набор (совсем простенький), фен, два телевизора. Большая ванная комната. Удобные кровати, чистое белье, включая комплект для дивана. Состояние номера - не ах, но вполне себе нормальное. Лифтов маловато на столь многоэтажное здание, но в конечном итоге все разъезжаются. Завтра - шведский стол, два больших зала, просторно, мест много. Набор достаточно разнообразный - каша, омлет, яичница, сосиски, куриные крылышки, оладьи, овощи, хлопья, какие то нарезки сыра колбасы… все хорошего седобного столовского уровня. В гостинице много точек «общепита» - рестораны, банкетные залы. Ели вечером в заведении на первом этаже - вполне вкусно. Были удивлены, что уже после 22 часов, незадолго до закрытия кухни , приняли заказ на горячее и принесли вполне себе бифштекс со вкусом. Отличное месторасположение - до Кремля пешком минут 15, но по милейшим коломенским улочкам, поход по которым уже сама по себе экскурсия. Гостиница соответствующая своему позиционированию и категории.

Отдыхали в Коломне семьей с ребенком! Предоставили детскую кроватку, что очень удобно. Нам все понравилось) Замечательная гостиница, приветливый персонал, отличные номера! Расположение, просто, идеальное, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности) Обязательно, вернемся снова!

Заселялись в эту помойку около 23.00 с несовершеннолетним ребенком. Попросили от родителей некую форму. Девушка за стойкой некая Юлия, отказалась прислать её по почте, чтобы родители могли подписать, мотивировав это тем, что форма есть, но её у Юлии её нет. Ищите в интернете. Это что за сервис??? Откуда я должна была взять бланк, который нужен гостинице в интернете??? Ставлю -1000. Проехали пол России, такая Юля встретилась первый раз((((

Отличный отель! С отличной кухней. Твёрдая пятёрка. Персонал приветливый. Обстановка комфортная и доброжелательная. Будем рады побывать в Коломне ещё не раз. Город С многовековой историей, есть что посмотреть, есть чем восхититься. Советую побывать в г. Коломне.
