The hotel is truly the worst with extremely bad personnel and even more terrible management. The boss is rude stupid Turkish guy, who doesn’t speak even English and pretends to know how to manage such a big hotel. The hygiene is terrible, the food is disgusting. The staff steals from the rooms because they enter whenever they want.
