Red Lion Inn & Suites Post Falls

It was good. I would have given some 5 stars but they didn't have the breakfast. So disappointed.

The front desk person did not say much and was not very warm or inviting. The room was modern but looked like it got left in time. Toilet seat had black marks, cuts gouges in it and was loose. Shower head was pink and full of minerals so it did not flow properly. Sink Faucet was backwards from normal hot and cold. Rest of the room seemed okay. It was clean and no smells. Should have taken picture's.

The Nightshift front desk service was very very very poor at night you couldn't get a hold of anybody if you called the front desk you wouldn't get an answer it would ring once hang up and go straight to voicemail if you were locked out of your room he would tell you to wait until morning to get a new key and you would come and lock the door for you but he would have a bad attitude and acted as if he didn't want to help. I was going down to the front desk at night to get some ice and a couple utensils and paper plate and there's this lady sitting in the dining area she look like she had been sitting there for a while which I later found out she had been and she was locked out of her room for over an hour and a half with her phone completely dead after calling the front desk for 2 hours trying to reach somebody. Nobody even came and checked on the front desk nobody was even in the office it was as if nobody was even working there it was horrible. Eventually somebody came out and let her into her room but I can only imagine if that were me how that would feel I felt bad for the lady.

The customer service here is abysmal. I accidentally left some items after my stay and it was basically impossible to get ahold of ANYONE. Don't bother calling the phone number, it doesn't work. Automated answering machine, full inbox. I managed to find a different number and it worked exactly one time. They told me to call back the next day but I've called several times and still no one is answering.

Great place to stay clean and quite and very affordable friendly staff I love this place will highly recommend to friends

Nothing that jumps out. Nothing bad either. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was good.

Front area is good and that's all. Pool is outdoors and it does not clarify in any pictures. Carpet had vomit stains Bathtub clogged.

Was surprised to see there was no alarm clock, no coffee maker, no hair dyer or iron/ironing board in the room. TV was strictly Roku and no local TV stations for news and weather. Not impressed, but would work if you needed a bed for a night or two.
