In Gallery Hotel & Spa

Me and my partner had a great experience during our stay at IN. The place is very new in comparison to many of the other hotels in the area. The breakfast was a highlight with attentive staff and great views from the 5th floor restaurant. Sadly we didn't have time to enjoy the spa so can't provide any insights. We found ourselves spending most of our time exploring Korcë. There are quite a few superb restaurants in the surrounding area serving traditional food. The hotel is only a short 10 minute walk from most of the sights within the city. Would we stay again? Absolutely.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa in Korçë, particularly regarding their spa services. I attempted to book treatments on three separate occasions, and each time I was refused for vague reasons. On my final attempt, I spent 45 minutes in the spa area, and it was clear that the therapist wasn’t working at all, despite claims of being fully booked. I believe I was refused service due to my sexual orientation, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. As for the hotel itself: • The room is spacious, but there’s nowhere to properly open a suitcase except on the floor, and the seating area is just two rudimentary chairs. • The swimming pool in the spa area is not heated as advertised. • The fitness area is essentially used as a storage room for folded beds and random furniture. • The only highlight was the breakfast, though I wish the service matched the quality of the food, as the staff were rather cold. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its advertised standards or basic expectations of respect and hospitality. On top of that, after raising my concerns about this to the receptionist of the hotel, they had no shame to reach out Bookingcom and say we never show up to the property!! UNBELIEVABLE!

Staff were very courteous and professional, the hotel was well-located, and the room was comfortable and absolutely spotless. I will surely return.

Pros - the hotel design is beautiful and artsy. The front desk staff were so friendly and even offered to drop my friend and I off to the bus terminal. They helped us find a bus back to the capital, which was so kind and exceptional service. Additionally, we loved the location - nearby many shops and restaurants. Cons - The spa had two screaming babies and the receptionist did nothing about it. It ruined my relaxation. Also, I signed up for a 75 min hammam experience and only got 55min. When I approached the receptionist, she dismissed my statement and tried to tell me I indeed ended at 75min. I politely told her that is incorrect and she just ignored me, so that was very unpleasant. Despite this incident, I still enjoyed my time there.

The property was super nice, including the pool, sauna and spa, with plenty of services available for booking. Play wife got a deep tissue massage and absolutely loved it. The front desk was super helpful and informative, and even helped me with their in-house service that was available same day. We booked the presidential suite as we had the four of us staying, and it is one of the most amazing and unique hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in!

I visited In Gallery Hotel for a weekend and I would like to say that it was a perfect weekend getaway. The room was very spacios & comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Passing to the breakfast, for a 4- star boutique hotel , the breakfast was very nice and with a variety of choices. Very good service. Highly recommend this hotel!
