Pros: - centralized location, close to subway & bus stop to airport, great breakfast
Cons: - stuff is not adequate (receptionist trying to joke with guest in stead of fostering check in process), rooms are out of date and dusty furniture. Firstly offered room has bad smell due to the AC problems (receptionist knew about it), another room was with broken window locks. Inside lightening was weak.

every thing are terrible! we got 3 rooms for 6 persons. all of the refrigerators were out of service in the rooms! the room's locker cards were disable every day! air conditioner system were not working and when we said the stuff response was rude with no it is working they said!

Very nice and welcoming staff, specially Özkan who is the manager of the Hotel. He is so helpful and tries always to find out if there is anything you may need help, even after staying like ordering taxi or if you want to visit anywhere in the city.
This guy and other staff make Ismira Hotel amazing.
The hotel is very clean and cleaners are there everyday.
The location is best according to my opinion because yiu have everything you may need nearby, cafeterias, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, barbershops, train station and so on.
Free buffet breakfast is always there and you can enjoy your turkish tea countless.
