房間又臟又亂，一進去一股煙味，廁所可以看一下圖片，與圖片不符合，給前台美女打電話説換個房間，電話裏説可以換，去前台了又不給換，説沒房間了。沒房間了電話裏直接説就好了，下去了又不給換。聽我打電話説要投訴了，立馬就打電話給經理，裝了一下樣子又説經理同意給我們換房。這個前台態度太差了，完全憑自己心情的，這樣的員工還不如不要，一點點事情都處理不了。房間太差了也退不了，沒辦法錢都花了，硬湊合住了一晚，還有那個床是老式的彈簧床，渾身骨頭都要散架了，一晚上醒了十幾次，停車是收費的，房間裏瓶裝水也是收費的，也就保安大哥態度很好，還帶上去看房間。前台服務差評差評差評

人民廣場斜對面的這個賓館👎可能是附近最貴最差的❌一個🤟經理服務態度極差！還有就是大早上還在睡覺，工作人員就把門打開進來👎👎👎特無語，也不敲一下門就扯着嗓子大喊！🤮🤮🤮🤮
衞生：一般，房間有股怪味。總之誰住誰後悔，建議大家慎重！！！！！

差差差，這個裝修差到不想説話，開了房間進去看了一下，直接退房了。喝水還要收錢，這個衞生間，不想吐槽了。。誰住誰知道。現實根本和圖片就是另一個樣子。。大家避雷吧，太差了。

各方面都還好，就是不給開空調，房間還是暖氣片的，暖氣片很小的一片，有點冷，對於天生免疫缺陷的我來説的確有點冷，不過好在我多要了一床被子！

從剛開就在這住了，每年都住好幾次，房間比較大，窗户非常大，非常舒服，床也睡着比較舒服，唯一就是衞生間稍微有點小，不過也無所謂了。
