The hotel provides a comfortable stay with great bedding. While the room felt slightly cramped because of the reclining chair next to the bed, the overall experience was very positive.

來新疆出差，沒想到在這個小城市能住到這樣的好酒店。裝修的有格調，很舒服。房間設施全是大理石枱麪和皮質傢俱，給人的感覺就很上檔次且很乾凈安心，我個人最怕那種感覺臟臟的木質的布藝的沙發😂床品特別舒適，能看出來床墊枕頭四件套都用的是很好的東西，休息的很好😄設施齊全，環境不錯，工作人員服務態度非常好，熱情禮貌，而且服務員小姑娘都是很漂亮的古麗😂值得一提的是早餐非常豐富，睡了個懶覺十點多起來了還有早餐，非常值得推薦，下次來出差一定還會選擇這家酒店。

庫爾勒楓丹白露國際酒店名字挺好聽的，實際上就是坐落在一個同名的房地產樓盤的商業物業上。酒店和樓盤都挺新的，所以就不是在老城區的市中心（不過庫爾勒市區方圓也不太大）。
設施：硬件不錯，唯獨缺少時興的充電樁，要到斜對面另一個更大的國際酒店才有得充。
衞生：不錯的。
環境：不錯的。
服務：態度和水準都不錯的，自助早餐可以誇一誇。

11月6日隨旅行團在此住過一晚印象不錯，所以行程結束後回庫爾勒又選這裡多住一晚。11月6日那晚下樓買東西忘記帶房卡，櫃檯一位輪廓很深很漂亮的維族女孩幫我解決了問題，我還因為她輪廓問她是不是塔吉克族的。11月14日這次，訂的房型較好，整個設備採光讓我很滿意。而且酒店還配合我行程讓我提早入住延後退房。當天晚上又發生把配電卡當房卡帶下樓的事情，櫃檯一位漢族女孩也很快很親切的幫我解決問題。15日退房後，酒店一位大哥送我去搭動車，路上很熱情跟我交換意見。
總而言之，這家酒店硬體不錯，清潔徹底。更重要的是我遇到的所有服務人員，每個都是認真親切的在幫忙解決問題，而且是用一種對待好朋友的態度面對顧客，絲毫沒有規格化的制式虛偽。
