Very cost-effective hotel. I have been staying for almost a week. I regretted the bad attitude at the front desk on the first day. After a few days of experience, I felt very satisfied in all aspects. The breakfast was varied and tasted great, the only thing was that the room was a bit small

酒店就在天鵝河邊上旁邊還有滙嘉時代商場，環境好交通方便，停車還免費！還有特別值得一提的是早餐很好，品種豐富味道也好，前台和客房服務都特別好，大年三十晚上入住小哥哥熱情耐心接待，一下倍感親切！酒店忘了拍照，周邊景色很美就想去餓就住這裏吧！

電梯上樓刷卡安全較高，房間客廳很大，沙發很大軟度很舒服，浴缸很大，三面大落地窗，床很大床品也不錯舒適度很高，房間通風不夠有些許的黴味，迷你吧冰箱容量也不小（需要自己插電別忘了）。房間配了小熊的加濕器可惜作用不大，聊勝於無吧，洗漱間的體重秤不知道是壞了還是我不會使用，反正站上去反而不顯示，洗手池接水盤實在太小了。。。每次我洗完都要擦擦地上的水漬。客房的大姐清潔的很及時，除了房間裏過道還有免費的瓶裝水很大氣，五樓是早餐中規中矩（有現磨咖啡續命針不戳），前台服務也OK。
ps:
1.（確切來説也不算是酒店的問題），窗外就是建設工地，最離譜的是通宵施工。。。。朋友們誰懂啊，稍微開一下窗透氣就別想睡了，睡眠淺的要慎重。
2.沙發附近沒有插座。。。。衹能在茶水櫃或者床頭才有。
3.電動窗簾已經GG需要手動（問題不大，除非你要用浴缸）
4.浴室噴頭很低固定式。。。我一個老爺們必須時刻單手就很累啊（對了沐浴露配品還行，香味感覺很舒服）
5.牙刷趕緊換供應商。。。掉毛嚴重
最後想説，整個酒店工作人員服務態度很好，硬件不夠軟體來湊，保安大叔很負責（感覺很安心），餐廳大姐很貼心餐結束了幫我打熱水，客房大姐出門打個招呼回來房間就OK了，前廳小姐姐們辦理效率真滴快，回訪也是很及時的（特別是我提到的噪音問題，如果沒有回訪時的解釋可能我會給差評，管理層給她加雞腿哈）。

這次新疆之行最滿意的酒店！酒店的設施很貼心很齊全，健身房洗衣房都有，洗衣房裡配備了洗鞋機。房間內配備了直飲水，水吧咖啡飲料齊全，房間給了瓶裝水，電梯間還擺了很多瓶裝水供大家取用👍。早餐品類很多，開餐時間也長，菜品補充也比較及時。房間乾淨整齊，衞浴乾濕分離，配有晾衣繩，貼心的準備了一次性馬桶墊。房間的槽點是洗手池略低，容易濺水，而且沒有設定毛巾架，房間放行李的地方有點侷促。總體來説是很好的酒店，花三星的價格享受四星的設施和服務。
