Shell Villa Apartel Resort

Room was really nice and spacious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Has a good view for breakfast. Does the job if you will be spending most of your days on tours anyway. breakfast is basic but good. location is a good 5-10 minute walk to downtown

A distance away from town. Simple breakfast. Basic room amenities that are a bit dated. Rent a car if want to explore town and beyond.

Here for a diving trip so makes sense to have an Apartel. Staff is very helpful and friendly!

I rested comfortably without any particular inconvenience.

The rooms are a good size, clean, and with AC. You will be able to arrange a hotel transfer, hire a car and book tours with them. The breakfast is included, which is decent; the wifi is decent, it does the job. The location is a little far from downtown, which I was aware of before I booked. You can walk to downtown or drive.

Large rooms with clean facilities as promised, excellent staff, tasty breakfast, shered kitchen was good too, incl. drinking water. We had a bit problem with the position of our rooms directly above the main road, because there was sometimes significant traffic. The beds were a bit hard but we used a few layers of blankets etc. to be more confortable. One of the cheapest possibilities outside of the Koror downtown. Everything was as promised. At the end there was a free airport transfer as a plus. We were satisfaid there in spite of some part of facilities were old.

The hosts, facilities, food, wonderful! I had only one hiccup - I had a lot of internet issues staying in a room further away from the lobby but upon hearing I needed to work they moved me to a closer room, which was incredibly kind of them to do! I loved the stay and loved how hospitable and kind everyone was!

I had a fantastic stay at Shell Villa. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The rooms were clean, and comfortable, with a great balance of modern amenities and a relaxed island vibe. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or anything I needed during my stay: tour booking and car rental. Their hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Located quiet far from the downtown, but it's not a problem if you rent a car. Booking a taxi is another option to move around but pricey one. Overall, Shell Villa Apartel exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palau.
