the location is ok 10 min bus ride into kos town, the room is pretty basic and the bathroom is tiny like 1 metre squared , no internet in room at all and very slow internet in lobby , food overpriced for the quality id say the only really good thingis the view from the balcony if u get sea view also staff not very friendly well to us so it seems they are only friendly to certain nationalities.

Beautiful hotel and right on the sea front which was lovely to see but you have to get a bus or hire a vehicle/ push bike to get into the centre as it’s far out. Not much choice for breakfast either which was a shame

It is a small 3 star hotel complex. The room looks very old and you can hear very well what's going on outside. So bring earplugs if you want a good night's sleep! The pool and beach were fine. You could even order food at the beach bar, which was pretty good. The breakfast, on the other hand, was unbalanced or small selection available.

Super location, helpful and kind. Accurate and impeccable cleaning. The only negative thing is the Wi-Fi network which covers only the hall of the structure, in the rooms so much difficulty to connect. They don't speak much Italian

Just got back and had a wonderful holiday. Hotel is a little further from Kos town but a bus stops right outside. 10 min by bus, hour walk. We had a scooter so no problem. Taxi to Kos town is 10 euros. Friendly staff, service couldn't be better. We flew in the evening but were allowed to continue to use our room at no extra cost! Breakfast is fine, very good beds, nice sea view. Beautiful swimming pool. Cleaning and fresh towels every day. Bathroom dated but adequate. On departure we received a box of candy.

Am Tag als wir ankamen wurden wir nicht sehr freundlich Empfangen. Vielleicht hatte die Mitarbeiterin einfach nur einen schlechten Tag, aber wir haben uns nach der Ankunft sehr unwohl gefühlt und wären am Liebsten direkt wieder abgereist. Das Zimmer an sich ist in Ordnung, aber das kleine Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte dadurch sehr drückend. Wir hatten Meerblick, die Aussicht und Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut und hat Potential, man könnte viel mehr daraus machen. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend,die Auswahl beim Buffet ist sehr klein und überschaubar. Da Abendessen ist leider kein Buffet sondern a la Carte, es hat uns aber immer super geschmeckt aber die Portionen dürften teilweise größer sein. Die Kellner in der Beachbar sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist nicht groß und daher mehr persönlich. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett, das Abendessen (a la carte) ist wirklich sehr gut, das Frühstück hat alles, nur die Kaffeemaschine liefert nicht so einen guten Kaffee. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Trubels, hat einen netten Strand direkt vor der Tür und auch Service an Strand! Man kommt mit dem Bus in die Stadt für wenig Geld oder mit Fahrrad (sehr populär und mit vielen Modellen).
