We stayed in a junior suite room 5111 with a warn while pool bath a small hot tub. The room is in a fabulous location as you leave the entrance you have a huge terrace and a gate leading to grass and the beach it was perfect with a beach bar either end of the junior suite sea view hot tub section believe me these rooms were the best location of the hotel. Food was very good lots of choice. Drinks were OK but not strong alcohol content. Room was cleaned every day to a good standard. We did not use the two pools all we needed was on the beach area. Bus stop outside hotel buy tickets in the supermarket 150 each way, timetables at reception. We loved kos town 10 mins on the bus for bars boat trips restaurants. Entertainment was good when they had the d.jays and the groups and ****** night was lots of fun. I will rebook another time in the future because it is a good hotel. I slept really well because the junior suite I was in had no floors above honestly it is well worth the extra cost. Tip If you like tea bring a little tea pot because by the time you collect your breakfast it's hone cold of course the staff are filling your cups up all the time but I like a tea pot.. Book this hotel you won't be disappointed I go away 7 times a year this hotel would be on my go back top list

We stayed in September 2023. When we arrived late at night we were given a sandwich and apple as the restaurant was closed. Perfectly adequate however some other guests were complaining about it. One of the couples who were on the same transfer had been given the wrong room to which all the other checking in guests had to stand and listen as they complained loudly and aggressively. The poor guy on reception didn’t stand a chance with this pair! Anyway, we were given directions to our rooms (no buggy ride for us). The room was ok, a bit dated but it wasn’t an issue for us. Our view was of the mountains at the back so we were happy with this. Housekeeping did a great job and our room was always clean and we always had our water restocked. The food, plenty of choice but a bit repetitive after the first week. We went to both the Italian and Mediterranean while we were there. The Italian was nice, food was good and we found the manager of this restaurant really friendly and helpful. The Mediterranean was excellent, great food, great service and beautiful setting. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Drinks - these are the worst all inclusive drinks we’ve ever had. The beer was ok, the wine was dreadful and the cocktails were weak and very sweet. You could pay extra if you wanted to buy a bottle of wine which we did. Before going, we read the reviews about how friendly the staff are. Unfortunately we didn’t see this, I do agree that they seem to have their favourites. It really surprised me after reading the glowing reviews and I felt a bit disappointed. The only ones we thought were friendly to us was the Italian restaurant manager and Constantine in the main bar. The two ladies who book you into the a la carte restaurants said hello when we went into the main restaurant but weren’t very welcoming. A couple of times they had a table of drinks that they were giving out as you arrived such as Prosecco and ouzo but we were never once offered these. Don’t get me wrong, they weren’t rude, just not friendly. We did have an unpleasant experience in the lobby bar when one of the waiters told us if we wanted one of the bottles of wine on the wine list, we could go fetch it ourselves from the Italian restaurant as they didn’t have it in the lobby bar. Not what you’d expect to be told when it’s waiter service. The area for the entertainment was very crowded and it was hard to get a seat where you could watch it. A big shoutout for the Tenors, they were fantastic and we loved listening to them. We got the bus a few times to Kos Town, well worth doing. There’s also a lovely little family run restaurant just down the road that’s worth a visit. Overall this hotel is beautiful, the decor is lovely and it’s very clean. I’d recommend it but just don’t go with such high expectations as we had about friendly staff and decent drinks. We’d rather have gone full board and pay for premium drinks.

We arrived at the hotel late at night 11.45pm, were quickly checked in and given some sandwiches and and fruit as we had just missed the late dinner. Reception is beautiful and decorated as was our room which we were quickly shown to. Although we only had a standard room near the quiet pool it was perfect everything you need. Food at the hotel is of exceptional quality and the choice is great. Drinks are very good at the bars and you are never kept waiting long or it’s brought to your table/sun bed etc. All the staff work endlessly and will do anything they can for you, special shout out to Antonis who runs the main restaurant like clockwork and always greets you, the 2 lovely ladies at the quiet pool bar who work endlessly all day. Constantine at the coffee bar, his jokes and coffee, amazing. Augustus at the lobby bar who always remembered our drinks and had them ready, also to the manager who must do 50,000 steps each day checking everything is running smoothly. The pools are always kept spotless as is the beach, although we preferred either the quiet pool or the grass near the beach. Entertainment was pretty good in general, but the 3 tenors were absolutely outstanding! Pro,s Staff Location (Some may find it quiet, but we loved it) Food Cleanliness Minibar in room (Good selection) Minor (Very) issues. Towel exchange situation is very well organised Quality of coffee in main restaurant is shocking, unless you ask for capuchino, might just be me! Having to pay for decent filter coffee at the coffee bar. Surely due to the amount of guests from the UK you could provide more than just a news channel in English in the rooms? Overall a wonderful holiday, many thanks, you will see us again!

The most amazing hotel for location, staff, cleanliness and food, totally exceptional. I have read some negative reviews but we can honestly say that we did not experience anything of the sorts or see any cockroaches which has been mentioned in some reviews, either in this hotel or in the Island of Kos for that matter. If you are planning to come here, do not be put off as you will not be disappointed.

This was my husband and I first time to visit this hotel. We had a rocky start getting over as our flight was cancelled ( no fault of anyone's, there was an issue with the plane) I really have to give credit to all the TUI staff as they handed the situation very promptly and professionally. We were happy with outcome of the situation and our compensation. Everywhere we turned there was a TUI staff to help us. They were amazing! The hotel itself was magnificent. Very clean and all the staff we dealt with were so nice and helpful. Little touches like champagne and a lovely card and cake for our anniversary awaited for us when we arrived. We asked for the jacuzzi to be cleaned and they done it the next day. Loads of food to choose from. Such a relaxing holiday! Just a heads up anyone traveling into Kos Town. You're better off getting the bus which the stop is right outside the hotel and you can buy tickets in the hotel shop. The bus can get very cramped very fast. There is hardly any taxis on the island so the bus is the best way to get around. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and highly recommend it.

We loved this place, first of all the hotel grounds are beautiful. The pool area is big enough and there’s plenty of sun beds around the beach area (which is right next to the pool anyway) so no need to worry about that Food for an all inclusive is very good! What makes the experience in the restaurant even better is the staff and restaurant manager. They really couldn’t do enough for you, get to know you on a personal level and make the experience even better Kos town is a short taxi or bus journey away (bus stop is literally outside the hotel) and well worth a visit, if you’re a footy fan and want something close by there’s a tavern 2 minutes up the road that does good food and has great friendly staff called Taverna Romeo Seen a few reviews about the rooms, and yes I can agree that maybe a bit of modernisation is due, but you really don’t notice it at all. One tip I would recommend is to upgrade to a sea view room which we had, view was stunning and was lovely to have a pre drink on the balcony before heading out for the night Overall this was a fantastic stay, we loved it and would recommend to any couple of any age to stay here. Wonderful place with great staff and a beautiful setting Ignore the title of this review, as it was the only movie on channel 8 in English for the 10 nights we stayed Oh! One tiny gripe is there is no iron or ironing board available, but for a small fee the hotel will iron your clothes. Did a better job than I would have anyway

Really enjoyed our week here. Good service, clean and lovely facilities. I would increase to 5 stars but round the lack of options for drinks in the the restaurants annoying. Couldn’t get a Gin and Tonic on all inclusive at the same exclusive restaurant unless you wanted to pay extra. Food was good with a lovely choice and something for everyone’s taste. Would come again
