I want to start by saying that my boyfriend would like to give this hotel a 4, but since I traveled more and even worked in the hotel industry, I'm probably more demanding (capricious). I'll start with the good things: The beach and the food are definitely the strong sides of this hotel. The first 2 days of our trip were quite cold, and in general you can not expect much heat in September. But when you arrive in summer, you can enjoy the beautiful clear sea, beautiful mountain views and warm sand. The beach at Grecotel Casa Paradiso is just wonderful. The same goes for food. The restaurant is quite small compared to the ones I have seen. But ALL the food is delicious. Starting from salads and ending with desserts (which, by the way, are surprisingly few, but this does not take away their great taste). I was pleasantly surprised by the olives and feta, really. Usually this kind of food in hotels is very salty, but here they were wonderful. A special place in my heart was occupied by pizza, puddings and donuts for breakfast. The pizza is just wow! Another interesting thing is that the restaurant is self-service. There are refrigerators with wine and guests can take what and how much they want. The waiters in the restaurant are very fast and efficient. Well done! Separately, I would like to thank for the opportunity to visit À la carte. It was wonderful. The food is very tasty and it felt like we were in a real Greek tavern. By the way, it is interesting that Grecotel Casa Paradiso grows many (if not all) fruits and vegetables on the hotel grounds on its own. That is, everything is very fresh and for children, in my opinion, it would be interesting to show how everything grows. The bartenders were also very friendly and tried to please everyone. But the alcohol itself and its quality leave much to be desired. In general, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. All situations that we dealt with were resolved quickly and efficiently (at the reception we asked to change pillows and give an extra bottle of water, they did it all within an hour; cleaning was also of high quality and towels were changed daily). Thank you for that. This concludes the positive part of my review. The first thing that unpleasantly surprised us immediately - was the late checkin. We were on the road all night, tired, arrived at the hotel around 12 am. We were told that we could only check into the room at 2pm. We were given bracelets and told that we could wait at the bar for the time being. It's all great, but at that moment I wanted to go to the shower, change clothes and relax from the road. I would like the hotel management to pay attention to this moment and change something. After all, the hotel also has a lot of vacationers with children, and waiting for 2 hours or more like that is quite difficult. When we did settle down, I was a bit upset. The room was, in my opinion, rather old. I did not understand the lamp-straw hat, which by the way did not really illumin
