Kuretake-Inn Hamanako

The hotel is old, and the refrigerator, for example, is very noisy; I had to turn it off to avoid sleeping. Cleanliness wasn't terrible, but it wasn't perfect either (we found a lot of dust upon check-in), but the breakfasts were delicious. It's close to the station, but there's not much to do in the area. We came for a nearby festival, so the location worked for us.

It was friendly, small but clean, and had a good location and was easy to find, but it is a shame that the facilities are old.

It was nice that they offered drinks as a welcome service. I wish they were open a little later. The location is good, near the station, but there aren't many izakayas nearby. I recommend going to a convenience store before going to the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious. The room was small, so it was difficult for a couple to stay there.

This was my first time using this hotel. It was close to the station and very convenient. I'm glad there's a large public bath. I'll use it again if I have the opportunity.

The location was great, right in front of the station with a view of Lake Hamana from the window. The breakfast was delicious and had a wider variety of items than I expected. Unfortunately, since I stayed on a Sunday, all of the few dinner restaurants were closed.

The rooms are small, but there are many services that are appreciated for business travelers. Free breakfast, alcohol service, and plenty of amenities.

On the fourth day of my cycling trip from Osaka to Tokyo along the old Joseon Tongsinsa route, I booked a hotel in Washiju, Kosaishi, at a rather expensive price with a special offer for twin beds, breakfast, and dinner. Dinner wasn't provided, but I was given a 700 yen coupon per person to recommend a convenience store or nearby restaurant. A convenience store lunch box was a reasonable price. Of the five restaurants recommended, only two were open. A 70-minute all-you-can-eat meat restaurant, Hexagonal Meat Restaurant, offered a limited-time 70-minute meal. However, the additional charge of approximately 13,700 yen for two people was unreasonable. The room was extremely cramped, barely accommodating two small beds. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. While the hotel's exterior looks attractive, I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend it.

The station is nearby and the breakfast buffet was very good. I would like to use it again.
