The hotel location at KBCC,Jalan Hamzah, Kota Bahru, Kelantan. The room is clean and tidy. Air-conditioning is cold. No parking lot provide by the hotel. The staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

General cleanliness was acceptable. Towels were issued at check in. Basically plain room with no furniture .. tables or cupboards not available. Check out at 11.00 ... Abnormal

The front desk staff is very friendly. Have difficulties opening the door, customer service & technician solve the issue quickly. Near KB Mall, good location. The room is not thoroughly cleaned. The bed and towel are clean. Quite good just for sleep overnight stay.

Hotel location in the center of the Kota Bharu city & opposite at KB Mall. It's easy to find food in the surrounding area.. Room cleanliness is ok but no kettle is provided to make hot drinks only 2 bottles of mineral water provided by the hotel. The staff is ok & friendly.Parking not provided by hotel but can park at public parking lot surrounding area is available but not free.

Really shocked when the receptionist ask 50rm for the kettle deposit. This is ridiculous things...no mug at the room and the table were dusty when I check in.
