The worst service in the hotel experience at home and abroad, no one! If you don't speak English well, I suggest you don't stay! The service is almost zero! Otherwise, you may not even be able to enter the door! In a foreign country, you will deeply experience that you can't even cry to the sky or the earth! I communicated with the store in advance about the arrival time of the night flight, but no one took over after arriving on time! There is no front desk, no phone or WeChat response, and it was extremely helpless! After a long time, I found the store's voice through Ctrip, but there was no apology. WeChat sent me a few check-in guide files, and they continued to sleep. That night, you asked questions on WeChat and never replied! The check-in guide is all in English, and Chinese people with poor English are not welcome. If you don't speak English well, you can't even get the key, let alone enter the house. Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided, and they won't remind you of this. You didn't prepare, and you deserve it! So, you can't blame them for running out in the middle of the night to find a convenience store to buy. The curtains are semi-transparent, and I was woken up by the sun early in the morning! The experience of staying in a hotel is unprecedentedly bad!

The room is unexpectedly good, much better than many high-priced star hotels, very close to the most beautiful sunset beach, Tanjung Ya Beach, and the surrounding facilities are also good.
