I guess i have high expectations to this resort..there's no dustbin in the room @ toilets..the floors are not clean..we had to were socks to avoid the dirty floors..i asked to change room as the first assigned room was more worst..i would find a better option if i return to KK next time

Very nice place. I have been coming here since i was a kid. Although i have to say that the water pressure in the showers and the hotel seems to be a bit run downed already. May need a touch up. Overall great getaway as usual. And for the cafe, the abundance of flies are rather disturbing.

Great hotel with helpful staff. They are pretty strict with the check-in time, so you can wait in the hotel cafe. The place is a bit far from civilization, so if you’re craving some specific food, just use the app called Grab (gos for the rides as well). It’s far from the airport, so if you have have a morning flight, make sure you have your taxi booked in advance ( the hotel might help with that). I had to leave for the airport at 4:30 in the morning and my taxi didn’t show up, so I had to run around like a headless chicken asking the security for help. Don’t make my mistake, double check your morning taxi bookings. Other that that, great spacious room, gorgeous sunsets!! Calm beach. Tips: - adapter (worst case scenario reception has a few, but might already be takes, so take your own) - no wi-fi ( but for additional pay of 30MYR/ maybe per day, I’m not sure, as for August 2024, you can get a portable wi-fi from the reception)

A beautiful scenery of the beach suitable for family vacation. Have lift in the apartment building, only got confuse with the block, morning breakfast was very good

Very friendly staff with nice smiles always. Room was smelling mouldy the moment we entered. Staff quickly asked housekeeping to mop the whole floor and spray freshener, which helps to remove the smell. Bedsheets are dirty, which housekeeping also changed to clean bedsheets. Very nice big bathtub and steam room inside the master bedroom toilet. Relaxing ambience with great sea view.

Very satisfied for healing & holiday.. Frontdesk, Housekeeping and Breakfast Staff are so friendly. Overall, all is awesome

Everything was great. The suite, the view and the service all perfect. It just the place a bit far from town and not much activity you can do probably bcus we went there on weekday. Recommended place to stay spending time with your love one. Would come again next time.

This my 1st time to stay at BBV pool villa and for rest of all that we are so happy, my kids could in the pool without worry, staffs are friendly and helpful. Will come again 🤗 Recommended for any family

So far so good. maybe during my vacation unlucky because black out more than 3 hours and the toilet bowl blocked.

We love it. The jacuzzi in the room, the pool villa. The bed was comfortable and really we enjoyed our lovely time here... will come again... thank you Borneo Beach Villa for making one of our memoriable holiday ❤️❤️

Our stay at this Borneo Beach Villas vacation home was overall satisfactory. On the positive side, the rooms were generally clean and provided a comfortable environment for our family getaway. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the stunning beachfront location that offered picturesque views of both sunrise and sunset, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. However, it's important to note that the location posed some challenges. Being far from the city center, transportation was inconvenient, and we found ourselves relying on taxis or rental cars to get around, which added to our expenses. Additionally, the lack of nearby convenience stores or amenities meant that we had to plan our outings carefully to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Despite these drawbacks, we did appreciate the tranquility and natural beauty of the surroundings, which made our time at the beach retreat quite enjoyable. Overall, while the location may not be ideal for those seeking easy access to urban conveniences, it's a suitable option for families looking to unwind in a peaceful beachfront setting！
