The hotel is big, actually it seems like an apartment than hotel, it have 2 bedrooms, and kitchen with fridge. For families is just nice. But if u are looking for 4stars hotel this is not the one.

I booked a Superior Twin Room with a sea view for one night. However, when I arrived late due to a flight delay, I was informed that no sea view rooms were available. I’m not satisfied with this explanation, as my booking should have guaranteed the room type I reserved.

The room is spacious and good amenities. Free parking also. Breakfast is average

I had a really pleasant stay at Sky Hotel Kota Kinabalu. The room was spacious, clean, and felt very comfortable—almost like a small apartment. I especially loved how convenient the location was, with shops and food places nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I’d definitely consider staying here again. 🌿

The hotel room is just ok with the cold air conditioning. The staff hotel is helpful and friendly. Deposit rm100 when you check in to the hotel. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Difficult to get the food and drinks at around the hotel area by walking distance. Have to used Grab service if you want buy the food or drink or for you to see around the City.

This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

overall is clean, worth the price, the location needs taking grab to city center. Needed to remind for toothbrush and once I passed by a room saw some cleaners sitting inside a room’s sofa.. this deducted the one star

This is a great hotel located near the city center and very convenient for the airport. The facilities are excellent, with everything you need, including a swimming pool and fitness center. It's a good option for a quick overnight stay if you arrive late at night, though the breakfast is just okay. The front desk staff were fairly friendly. The scent in the elevator was a bit odd, though.

The place is great with big rooms in suite. The cleanliness could be improved in the cupboards. The service is smooth and kind. Beds are comfortable and the view is nice. The swimming pool on the roof top is absolutely wonderful.

The worst hotel I had in my life. I couldn't belive how they got such a good rating. The room was so smelly . Smell of humidity abs mold. As you can see from the photos, there were mold everywhere. Doors are in bad shape. Bedsheets all got stained and the staff took so long to check in. Please do not book this place. I am sure you will regret it and spoil your travel mood.

Overall not bad, just that no toilet tissue placed in the room, have to request from the reception.

Hotel got free parking and easy to access to hotel..nice place to stay with family.

The food was okay and generally acceptable. There is room for improvement in terms of taste and variety. The selection of food was rather limited and could benefit from a wider variety.

Overall, the stay was average, but there are a few issues that need to be highlighted. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and there was no housekeeping service in between. Drinking water was not refilled, towels were not changed, and no toothbrush was provided. During check-in, the front desk staff was not very friendly, especially when compared to the staff handling the check-out, who were much more pleasant.
