I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their kindness and understanding in allowing us to check in early without having to wait until 1:00 PM, especially considering my child needed proper rest after undergoing surgery. The hospitality shown by the team made a challenging situation much easier for our family, and for that, I am sincerely grateful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for recovery. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and great quality food. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Extremely satisfied! It's about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 5-10 minute walk to Gaya Street, with plenty of shops nearby. The room was spacious and well-soundproofed, and housekeeping kept it very clean. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

Came here specifically for the 'Hilton' name, haha. When traveling, it's always better to stick with brands you're familiar with. The room was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and there was even a server who showed you to your table. As for the location, it's right next to a famous internet-famous restaurant, but as an introvert, I didn't bother waiting in line. Guess I'll save that for my next visit, haha.

The Good: You can't beat the location! Close to shopping, great seafood, and convenience stores. The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve met. Very affordable rates,too.. The Bad: The room is way too dim for working. More importantly, the AC was very unreliable. Despite setting it to 18°C, it kept blowing hot and cold air, leading to a poor night's sleep. Great potential, but needs better maintenance.

Convenient location. Love the fact that the seafood restaurant is just behind the restaurant. Also easily accessible via grab to the imago and Suria sabah malls. Room was lovely and staff very helpful. We had an enjoyable weekend stay with breakfast and coffee at Drip.
