Very friendly staf Puan Chin and Vivi.

Affordable price, excellent location. Very easy to check in. The room was comfortable, clean, nice and spacious. I had no problem to park my car.

The room was ok , except the aircon was noisy , staff was very helpful , offered another room , but nobody told me to put parking ticket , i'm from out of town , i don't know the kk system , the reception should have warned me ., i got summoned rm 30/ for parking

Noisy aircond that's hard to control and figure out. Tends to go into sleep mode making room very warm when sleeping. Water tap, clothes rack in washroom broken.... Toilet seat is terrifying.

It just a normal hotel that budget hotel easy access to town to eat and buy some more

A bit dusty as there was renovation done. So a bit noisy. Service was good Very fruckle with toilet paper. Kettle but no tea coffee bags

The location is great with lots of shops surrounding and parking is available all day. Rooms need to be upgraded.

Enough to rest. But we got an unexpected room which is at top level and its only one room at this level only next to water storage room. At first bit worried somehow enough for overnight stay basic need is just okay but then this room not provided with morning tea or coffee sachets. Thats all.
