Bad service from the front office told me my room was not ready because the housekeeping staff did not bring down the key and it was already 5pm, check in time was 2pm, when I asked why it's not ready, they can't give me exact answer and being very unprofessional. they changed the room to no window room even though I paid for the room with a window. There were a lot of ants inside the room and the room was not up to a hotel standard. The shower door is broken as well. There are better hotels with similar price 👍🏻

Booked a room with window but unfortunately got the terrible room. The room was so small not suitable for family with a child, so i decided to change with a room without window since no available same room type. Thanks to the helpful staff.

Sorry This Hotel Totally Not A Place To Stay. Many Noise Sound Can Be Heard Hard To Sleep With. Smelly Room And Toilet.

2. Toilet banyak lumut2 and karat2...
3. Basic amenities pun xda cth air mineral (kalau xda atleast sediakan water dispenser)
4. Bantal sgt tipis . Boleh sdh tukar
5. Kedudukan aircond macm ndk kena, Sejuk pat meja ja
