KK Times Square is the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk across the road to Imago Mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for shopping enthusiasts. One of the best parts about staying here is how easy it is to shop, drop off your purchases in the room, ad head back out for more shopping without any hassle.

strategic location close to imago, easy to find food but unfortunately the air conditioner is not cold enough..But overall is good..👍👍

Just across Imago Shopping Mall. Suitable for traveller without car. Can just walk to nearby shops.

“I had a pleasant stay at KK Times Square Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and public transport. Overall, a great experience and good value for the price. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

Toilet walls had algae growth and can be cleaner. Towels had a kind of smell. TV reception was poor. Should introduce a movice channel. Fridge was not cold and had a smell. Its location is just in front of a major shopping centre, probably why people stay here.

Niceee place to stay

Nice place to stay if you are with family. Should book this place in advance as the price really cheap

Location near shopping mall and medical centre also town area..

Old hotel but strategic location. They give us a manual key because card cant be used to enter the room. But it’s better to be given the manual key than having a problem later when enter the room.

Very great location, opposite IMAGO shopping mall. Room clean.

Room is a little run down. Entrance Door is hard to open. The bathroom door seems like it’s going to fall off. The tv is dated. There’s cobwebs on the bed frame. I don’t think I’ll stay here again though the location is very convenient to imago shopping mall. The lift is outside the lobby and if you have heavy luggage you need a lot of strength to carry up a flight of stairs.
