Good hotel located at api² apartment block. Clean and large room. Recommend and with that price, nothing to complain..value for money

The photo of the room was either taken a long time ago or it has been poorly maintained. The room was very basic. The floors and walls hadn't been cleaned in a long time (mould on the walls and also in the bathroom. The door jammed and couldn't be opened or shut properly. The next door unit couldn't close properly so the door alarm rang incessantly keeping us awake during the early hours of the morning. Apart from one brick wall, the rest were paper thin so noise from the corridor and neighbours was loud. The windows haven't been upgraded so the planes overhead and outside traffic was noisy. Wouldn't recommend.

Been stay here for few time this year...Great location..walking distance to pasar Philippines,centre point..and banyak kedai makan and convenient store dekat bawah..and dobi as well..definitely will stay again.

Friendly staff and easy check in process even though arrived late due to flight delay. Quite old building and old facilities. Not dare to sit on the sofa 😂 . A lot of restaurants surrounding areas.

very closed to Night market and Pasar philipine. also near the airport and imago shopping mall. Located centre of Kota kinabalu.

Although the location and price of the building were closely located to the seafront, I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the place and also with where the apartment block situation. It can be a very good place for backpacking or long time traveller's on a budget, but not convenient for long stay or traveling az a relaxation or vacation.
