Maintenance is very poor. House keeping staff doesn't know whether basic amenities such as TV/AC are working or not. In majority of the rooms plug points are not in working condition. Reception executives should listen to customer concerns. Their way of coordination is very poor. This hotel seems to be international. But we don't see minimum basic standards being maintained. ***agement/Hotel owner should monitor the hotel condition frequently and should fix the problems raised by the customers. Overall it is a very bad experience to us. People visiting this hotel for the first time please think before you opt.
